Our description
Oscar Hotel offers 13 studios that can accommodate up to four people. The units are well maintained and clean, while the main benefits are quiet location, a fenced yard with paths, flowers and a swimming pool, and free public parking 50m away. Accommodation is pet friendly.
It is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Kalithea, the nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are two minutes away and the beach is 450m away.
The studios are 22-25m2, arranged on the ground floor, on the first and second floor. They have either single or double beds, while the four-bed studios have a folding armchair as a fourth bed.
All studios are air-conditioned, they have internet, TV, safe, hairdryer, kitchen with two hotplates, kettle and small fridge with freezer. Bathrooms have shower with curtains.There are laundry drying rack on the terraces.
The units on the ground floor are suitable for persons with special needs, but the bathrooms are not specially adapted.
The pool is 0.8 to 1.8m deep. It can be used from 9a.m to 2p.m and 5p.m to 9p.m. For guests of this, as well as those from the neighboring accommodation, tables and chairs are available by the pool, in the shade of umbrellas, along with a limited number of sunbeds around the pool.
Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are done according to the agreement with the guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Vrlo pozitivno misljenje,uredno i cisto,vlasnice su vrlo ljubazne ,predusetljive i korektne.Ciscenje i menjanje peskira i posteljine se vrsi na tri dana.Vrlo smo zadoviljni !

Zdravooo. Upravo smo se vratili iz Kalitee i nase iskustvo u Oscar apartmanima je odlicno. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno, pedantno...sobe se ciste na par dana, peskiri i posteljina menjaju...u kuhinji sve sto je potrebno. Odlican park za decu na par minuta hoda kao i setacka zona, a opet u mirnoj ulici i bez buke. Do plaze moze kolima a moze i peske laganim hodom nekih 10 min. Sve u svemu mi zadovoljni. Topla preporuka i za porodice sa decom☺️

Ove godine smo preko stranice Nikana rezervisali smestaj u vasem apartmanu. Sve pohvale, od higijene, ljubaznost, lokacije... Apartman cist, prostran, terasa... Ispred apartmana prijatnooo za odmor uz kaficu pored bazena. Nadamo se da cemo i sledece godine doci. Pozdrav!
