Hotel Description

Olivia Villa represents an impeccable choice for families who wish to indulge in tranquility and privacy, staying in a spacious house near a crowd-free sandy-pebbly beach.

It is located in a peaceful part of Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula, and a steep downhill path of about 250m leads to the unorganized beach with natural shade, making the descent and ascent a challenging task for individuals. The first shops and cafes are 850m away, in the town center.

The house spans two levels and can accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor, there are a living room, kitchen and a toilet, while the first floor consists of a bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which feature a double bed and the third one a sofa bed for two. One of the bedrooms is glass-enclosed, offering the possibility to watch the sunrise directly from the bed, while the other two bedrooms have access to a balcony. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

Air conditioning is installed in the living room and two bedrooms, while the third bedroom (glass-enclosed) has a ceiling fan. Available amenities include Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, dishwasher, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower cabin.

During the stay, the guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation, and the change of bed linen and towels is possible with an additional charge and in agreement with the owners.

Guests can park their cars in front of the house. The yard is fenced and represents a true little oasis for enjoyment - the lawns are carefully maintained, garden swings are available in the shade of trees, an outdoor dining area with an impressive sea view. There is also a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. Pets are not allowed.

Arriving from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you reach the main street in Kriopigi, turn left at the Panorama market and continue straight to the Medusa Hotel, then turn left and drive another 360m to the next left turn. After 200m, turn left again and then left once more and continue straight for another 50m to the last four villas in a row - the second one on the right is Olivia Villa.

If your imperative during the summer vacation is to enjoy the natural surroundings, peace, silence and enchanting sea views, then Olivia Villa can be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
