Beautiful blue sea when you open your eyes in the morning - that would be the short description of the apartment not far from the center of Nea Kalikratia. The separate apartment on the first floor is an excellent choice for families and couples who decide to visit this destination this summer.

A long sandy beach is across the street just a few meters away, while the nearest markets and bakeries are within 200-300m. There is a cafe under the apartment, and the nearest tavern is not even a minute walk away.

The apartment consists of two physically separate rooms, in between there is a renovated bathroom (open shower cabin, hair dryer). On the left is a room with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and TV, from which there is a great sea view, while on the right there is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, large stove with oven) with a sofa bed. Both rooms have a terrace (the room on the right has a smaller one). The apartment has internet access.

For stays lasting seven days or more, the apartment is cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while for shorter periods of stay, guests take care of the hygiene in the accommodation themselves.

The facility does not have a private parking lot, so the vehicle is left in the immediate vicinity.

If you are looking for an apartment with a sea view, not far from the center and the beach, Blue Coast Apartment can be an excellent choice.

The location is excellent, but it is ideally suited for two. In our arrangement with two small children, it was not suitable, as the extra bed I slept on was utterly unusable for resting.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

For reservations made during the current month, it is mandatory to pay a deposit of 100% of the price of the arrangement within 24 hours. -Minimum nights for reservation is 3.
