Deluxy Apartments accommodation is located on the outskirts of Nea Kalikratia, in a quiet location, near the famous Sahara Beach. It can be a good choice for two families or a larger group.
The main square in Kalikratia is located about 2.7 km from the accommodation, the nearest beach is about 650 m away, and the nearest supermarket is about 300 m from the property. It is about 2.5 km away from Sahara beach.
On the ground floor of the house is a spacious studio (55m2), which has a double bed and two single beds. It is also suitable for people who have difficulty moving or are in wheelchairs. The entrance door is raised j10 cm from the yard level. The balcony door is at the level of the yard and the threshold of the door itself is raised a couple of centimeters. The studio kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a flat plate with two hotplates, a kettle and a toaster. A cot is available on request, as well as a high chair.
The bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. The bathroom is spacious and has no threshold at the entrance door.
The studio has air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and WiFi internet.
On the first floor of the house is an apartment with two separate bedrooms (110m2). Each room has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. Each room has a balcony facing the street and is equipped with sofas.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge with freezer, a large stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.
The bathroom is spacious and has a glass shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and WiFi internet.
Towels are changed for 3 days, while bed linen is changed after 7 days and this service is included in the price.
The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation, but it is also possible to clean it on request, with an extra charge, after 7 days of stay.
Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
The guests of the accommodation also have a barbecue in the yard.
The yard is fenced and private parking is within the yard.

Deluxy Apartments are located in Nea Kalikratia, 600m away from the beach.
There are two excellently equipped units - one studio and one apartment.
The studio is located on the ground floor. It has one double bed and two single beds. The kitchen has two hotplates, a toaster and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The unit has a veranda which overllooks the yard and the street.
The apartment with two bedrooms is located on the first floor and has a double bed in every bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa on which two more people can sleep.
In the kitchen there is a large oven with four burners, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave oven and a large fridge with a freezer. There is also a hair dryer in the unit. There are two balconies that are located on the side and have a view of the yard and the street.All units are air-conditioned, have WiFi, SAT TV. The bathroom has a shower. There is an option of service laundry at a price of five euros per service. If necessary, a baby cot can be provided upon prior request.
Cleaning is done only upon prior request, on seven days of stay and costs five euros per service.
Bed linen is changed after seven days, while towels are changed every three days. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are provided. These services are included in the price.
There is a barbecue in the yard that can be used by guests. Parking is safe, it is located in the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
