Thanks to its location in one of the most visited resorts near Thessaloniki, the apartment provides a good base for a holiday that combines the beach, walks, restaurants, and visits to nearby places.

The apartment is situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator and is intended for up to four adults. The interior includes a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, making it suitable for couples or small families who prefer a more compact but well‑organized space for a summer stay. The bedroom is designed as the main sleeping area and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, and a pull‑out bed.

The apartment is modernly decorated and equipped with amenities that allow guests a pleasant and more independent stay during their vacation. Air conditioning is located in the bedroom, while a fan is available in the living room, contributing to a more comfortable temperature during warmer days. Guests have access to WiFi internet, a Smart TV with an MTS Sat TV package in the bedroom, a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two ceramic heating zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher, providing good conditions for meal preparation and practical use during the stay.

The apartment has a balcony that provides additional space for outdoor living. Thanks to its position on the third floor, the apartment offers a direct view of the sea, which adds extra value and contributes to a more pleasant impression during the stay.

Staying with pets is not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests take care of maintaining the apartment’s hygiene themselves, according to their habits and needs. The accommodation is prepared with basic and spare sets of bed linen and towels, which guests can use during their stay. If guests need additional help with maintaining the space, cleaning as well as extra sets of bed linen and towels can be arranged upon request and at an additional charge.

The accommodation does not have private parking. Guests arriving by car can use street parking spaces, depending on current availability in the area.

The accommodation is about 32 km away from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
