Myra Apartment is a cozy and comfortable apartment located just 45 m from the beach and 500 m from the center of the seaside resort of Nea Kallikratia, on Chalkidiki. This accommodation provides its guests with comfort and proximity to all essential amenities, making their holiday pleasant and unforgettable.

The property, which can accommodate up to four adults, is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other is equipped with two single beds, providing guests with the highest possible level of sleeping comfort.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and also equipped with wireless WiFi internet access and a flat-screen TV, ensuring access to all favorite digital content during the stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and includes two cooking hobs, a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

Guests can enjoy the fresh air by using one standard balcony, equipped with outdoor seating furniture, as well as one smaller balcony.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning services and the replacement of bed linen and towels are not provided, and guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation themselves during their stay. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided for reservations longer than ten days, while it is not provided for reservations of ten days and shorter.

Private parking is not available, but guests can park their vehicles along the street.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
