Iva Apartments is accommodation near the beach in Nea Mudania. The apartments have been renovated and are fully equipped and are located within a recently built apartment complex. There are three apartments on offer, which can be a good choice for several families. If you are looking for quality accommodation near the center and an organized beach, then Iva apartments are the right choice.
The center is about 500m away, bakeries, markets and restaurants are about 150m away, while the nearest larger market is about 850m away from the accommodation.
The larger apartment (55m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a kitchen, in which there is another double bed and one single bed.
The smaller apartment (45m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen, where there is a sofa for two people.
The smallest apartment (38m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen, in which there is another double bed.
The largest and smallest apartments are located on the ground floor and each have two verandas, one of which opens onto a large shared courtyard, and the other overlooks the street. They are equipped with sofas.
The medium-sized apartment is located on the second floor. It also has two terraces, equipped with seating. This apartment also has a washing machine.
The apartments are new, fully equipped, air-conditioned, have TV with Serbian channels, internet, large stove with oven, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer.
The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain.
Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests maintain their own hygiene during their stay.
A cot is available upon request and this service is included in the price.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but there are plenty of spaces in the street next to the building and a large parking lot next to the beach is also very close.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Vidimo na Vasem sajtu da imate u ponudi apartmane u Nea Mudanji. Nama su potrebna 3 apartmana za jednu cetvoroclanu porodicu ( dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece od 11 i 9 god),jednu troclanu (dvoje odraslih i jedno dete od 10 god) i dvoclanu ( otac i cerka od 10 god). Ukoliko imate da li mozete da mi posaljete koja bi bila cena po apartmanu. U periodu od 15.09.-25.09. Hvala
