Hotel Description

The Meltemaki Apartments are located in Nea Skioni, right on the coast. It consists of 10 apartments that can be double, triple and quadruple. The front of the yard is paved, while the back yard is grassy and full of flowers. A little lower from the yard there’s a gallery by the sea, with two deck chairs, one parasol and a small table for each apartment. There’s a shower right next to it.

The supermarket is at 150m, while the bakery is at about 100m from the accommodation.

The two-bed apartments are 21m2, the three-bed 32m2, and the four-bed 40-42m2.

There are only two double apartments and they have no sea view, while all the others have it. All apartments have single beds and two are always connected creating a double bed.

The apartments are air-conditioned, have spacious terraces and internet access. The triple and quadruple apartments have two terraces. The kitchens are fully equipped with the necessary dishes, a hotplate with three rings and oven. The bathrooms have small bathtubs without curtains. Also, the laundry washbowls are provided.

The replacement of towels and bed linen is done in the middle of the stay, while the guests themselves take care of maintaining hygiene in the apartments.

The beach in front of the house is mostly with stones in the water at the entrance. The sandy parts of the beach are at 40, 70 and 150m.

Private parking is not available, but guests can park near the accommodation.

To reach the accommodation, after turning into Nea Skioni, descend to a street that is parallel to the sea. Turn right and continue straight for another 400m until you see the house on the left.

It is not allowed to gather in the accommodation, nor is it allowed for people from other accommodation to stay - the owners offer their guests a peaceful holiday and that is why they are committed to respecting the house rules.
