Pefkohori Apartment Sun&Sea Stan1 is located right next to the beach in Pefkohori, in the best possible location — a perfect choice for two couples or a larger family.
Everything you need is just a few steps away: restaurants, cafés, boutiques, a pastry shop, doctor, bakery, and supermarket. It is situated in a quiet street with no noise — an ideal place for relaxation.
The apartment was furnished with new furniture just a year ago. The bathroom has been completely renovated.
It offers two separate, comfortable bedrooms for up to 5 people, and a third room that serves as a kitchen with a dining area. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed, with the option to add an extra bed for an additional charge. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning units and direct access to the terrace.
The apartment features free high-speed WiFi, two air conditioners, a washing machine, TV with our channels, a mini hairdryer and iron, fridge-freezer, oven and stove, frappe mixer, NutriBullet, toaster, electric kettle, PVC windows with shutters and mosquito nets, a large terrace awning, as well as a travel crib with mattress and a high chair for our youngest guests.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- For reservations for period from 24.07.2026 to 03.08.2026, there is a discounted price of 1850 euros for 10 nights.
The price is valid for a stay of up to five people.
