The accommodation unit is a studio type suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children. The space consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room features a double bed and two sofas, allowing for a comfortable arrangement for the entire family.

Upon request, a crib for children can be provided at no extra cost. This option is particularly convenient for families with young children as it allows for easier packing and additional comfort during the stay.

The studio is efficiently equipped and includes all basic amenities. Guests have access to air conditioning, as well as a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot summer days. There is also wireless internet, a Smart TV, a hairdryer, and a washing machine in the bathroom, providing additional convenience for longer stays. The kitchen is functional and equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, allowing guests to be fully independent in meal preparation.

Hanioti is approximately 5 km away, Polichrono about 9 km, while Kallithea is about 20 km away and is one of the liveliest places in Kassandra. Thessaloniki is about 105 km away, with the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki at a distance of about 96 km. This location offers an excellent balance between enjoying the tranquility provided by the accommodation’s location and the accessibility of all important tourist facilities.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
