Description
Eleni Studio is located in the most popular place with the longest history in tourism, Pefkochori, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 450m from the beach.
The studio, which is located on the ground floor of the house, has a double bed and two sofas for one person, so it is designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children.
In this accommodation, which is not air-conditioned and does not have a mosquito net, guests have at their disposal a fan, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the furnished veranda.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, within the price and upon agreement with the owner.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 20€ per service.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Eleni Studio is located 5 km from the popular Hanioti resort, 9 km from Polichrono, and 96 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
