Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Eleni Studio, located in the heart of Pefkohori, offers its guests a peaceful environment, a spacious veranda, and the convenience of being just 450m from the beach. With private parking and the option to accommodate pets, it provides everything you need for a perfect vacation.
The studio, situated on the ground floor of a house, features a double bed and two single sofa beds, making it suitable for up to two adults and two children.
This accommodation, which is not air-conditioned and does not have mosquito screens, offers a fan, free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
You can spend your relaxing moments on the veranda, equipped with seating furniture, overlooking the garden.
Pets are allowed at this accommodation at no extra cost, with prior arrangements with the owner.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the unit during their stay and for replacing linens and towels, which are provided every seven days. An apartment cleaning service is available upon request and at an additional charge.
A parking space is available for guests within the premises.
