Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Traumhafte Maisonette is located in the picturesque seaside town of Posida, on the southwest coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in a quiet environment, only 65 meters from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of a restaurant, this house provides perfect conditions for a pleasant vacation, filled with the scents of summer and the atmosphere of the sea.
This apartment, which has a maisonette structure on two levels, can host a maximum of four adults. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper level, which is on the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, has a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. In each bedroom there are two joined beds for one person.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where air conditioners are located in the living room and in the bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, as well as iron with ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The bedrooms open onto the veranda, where there is a table and chairs, while the living room opens onto a balcony equipped with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. An additional set of bed linen and towels is also available to guests.
A private parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, in front of the building.
Traumhafte Maisonette is 6km from Skala Fourka, 8.5km from Moles Kalives beach, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 92km from the accommodation.
