Lena Apartment is located in the small and picturesque town of Nea Iraklitsa, part of the Pangeo municipality and Kavala prefecture. This place features a well-maintained and paved seaside promenade lined with traditional restaurants, taverns, modern bars, bakeries, pastry shops, and stores. The accommodation is 220 meters away from a sandy, wide, and long beach with a gradual depth and crystal-clear water.

The apartment, situated on the ground floor and intended for the stay of up to three adults and two children under 10 years old, includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom of this apartment contains one double bed and one single bed, while the living room features a sofa for two children.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with the cooling unit located in the living room, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and an equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the furnished veranda.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, except cats. Any damage caused by the pet must be compensated on the spot.

The accommodation is located near the beach, in the center, yet in a peaceful area. The landlady is exceptionally kind. This accommodation comes highly recommended.

The location is exceptional, the hostess is wonderful, the furniture is new, as is the kitchenware and utensils, though there is a slight feeling of dampness.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
