Accommodation description

Lena Apartment is located in a picturesque village belonging to the municipality of Pangeo and the prefecture of Kavala, Nea Iraklitsa, with a paved seaside promenade lined with traditional restaurants, taverns, bars, bakeries, pastry shops, and stores. This accommodation is 220m away from the wide sandy beach with shallow depth and crystal clear water.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three adults and two children up to 10 years old. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features one double bed and one single bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two children.

Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, internet, TV in the living room and bedroom, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners, a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartment also has a veranda.

Pets are allowed, except for cats. Any damage caused by a pet is reimbursed on the spot.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations longer than five days, guests have access to a replacement set of bed linen and towels (upon request). There is an optional cleaning service available at an extra charge.

The apartment is in a good location, it is easy to reach the center, and there is also a Masoutis supermarket nearby.

Close to the beach, spacious, clean. The hostess is helpful. The only thing is that it does not have a classic terrace/yard. But the price/quality ratio is really great.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
