Ammosphere Houses is a very high-quality and newly built accommodation, located in a peaceful area. Guests have at their disposal a well-equipped yard with a pool. Thanks to the layout and size of the accommodation units, it offers guests conditions for a stay that differs in space and organization from the usual apartment accommodation.
This accommodation is located about 1.5 km from Ammolofoi Beach.
This accommodation offers four maisonettes, two of smaller and two of larger capacity, so guests can choose a unit according to the number of people and needs during their stay.
The two maisonettes of smaller capacity are intended for a maximum of six adults. They are spread over three levels. On the lower level, in the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the central level, located on the first floor, includes a living room with kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. The upper level, located on the second floor, consists of another bedroom and an additional toilet. The two bedrooms have double beds, while the third is equipped with two single beds.
One of the maisonettes of smaller capacity deserves special mention, as it is adapted for guests with reduced mobility and visually impaired persons. The living room is arranged to allow easier movement, while the bathroom is barrier-free and adapted for wheelchair users. Guests also have access to Braille labels and informational material in Braille.
The two maisonettes of larger capacity are intended for larger families or groups of guests, as they can accommodate up to eight adults. These units also spread over three levels, but have a total of four bedrooms and a larger number of beds. On the lower level, in the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The central level, located on the first floor, includes a living room with kitchen and dining area, as well as a toilet. Unlike the smaller maisonettes, the upper level on the second floor includes two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the other two have two single beds each.
A baby crib is available upon request and at no additional cost.
All maisonettes are equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans, providing guests with additional comfort during warmer days. WiFi internet, a Smart TV device in the living room, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer are available. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests have access to a stove with four burners, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
Each maisonette has multiple balconies, which further expand the space for relaxation and, depending on the unit’s position, offer views of the pool, yard, and surroundings, while from some parts, a partial view of the sea is possible.
The main part of the yard ambiance consists of a shared pool, surrounded by a lawn and sun loungers. Next to the pool, there is a covered seating area, suitable for a break in the shade, while guests also have access to an outdoor shower, especially convenient after swimming or returning from the beach.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Hygiene maintenance in the maisonettes is organized every four days, when the accommodation units are cleaned. Bed linen and towels are also changed at the same frequency. Additional cleaning and extra sets of bed linen and towels are not provided.
The accommodation has eight private parking spaces for guests.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
