N&J Apartment is located at the outskirts of the village Palio, just 50m away from a sandy beach with naturale shade. This two-bedroom apartment, with private parking, offers everything needed for a pleasant vacation.
The accommodation is situated in a peaceful location, 3km away from the town center and 11.2km from the city of Kavala. The nearest market is at 1.4km distance, while Lidl in Nea Iraklitsa is located 2.9km away.
The beach is only 50m away.
It consists of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five adults.
With a surface area of 56m2, it is located on the ground floor and boasts a direct view of the sea and the street. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for one person.
The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. It has private parking, TV, and internet access, mosquito nets, two air conditioners - one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement and an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while the change of bed linens and towels is done halfway through their stay.
Given the private parking, a parking space is guaranteed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
