Fotini’s Studio is located in the small and peaceful seaside village of Palio, west of Kavala, just 60 meters from the sea. Palio is a charming, quiet place, often affectionately called Little Saint-Tropez, known for its wide sandy beach with fine sand, crystal-clear water, and a long shallow coastline, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a calm and relaxing holiday close to both the town and nature.

The studio is designed for two people and is located on the fourth floor of the building. An elevator takes you to the third floor, and a short flight of stairs leads directly to the studio. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. A double bed is available for guests.

This air-conditioned studio offers free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

Guests can relax on the large balcony with a direct sea view, equipped with comfortable outdoor seating — perfect for unwinding.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For stays longer than four days, cleaning as well as towel and linen change is provided every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
