Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Fotini's Studio is located in the small and peaceful seaside village of Palio, west of Kavala, just 60 meters from the sea. What makes this accommodation special is the spacious terrace offering a stunning sea view, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Palio is a charming, quiet place, often affectionately called Little Saint-Tropez, known for its wide sandy beach with fine sand, crystal-clear water, and a long shallow coastline, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a calm and relaxing holiday close to both the town and nature.
The studio is designed for two people and is located on the fourth floor of the building. An elevator takes you to the third floor, and a short flight of stairs leads directly to the studio. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. A double bed is available for guests.
This air-conditioned studio offers free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine.
