Our description
Villa Milia 1 is located in the center of Agios Nikitas, about 300m from the beach. It has rooms for up to 3 people. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. It is a modest accommodation in a good location.
Villa Milia 1 is about 1.5km from Milos Beach and about 2.5km from Kathisma Beach.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 50m away.
The facility has three double rooms (20m2) with two single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed.
The rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, Wi-Fi, a small fridge, a bathroom and a terrace.
Cleaning is done daily, while linen and towels are changed every fourth day.
Private parking does not exist but only public parking, which is often full during the season.
Villa Milia is ideal for young people and couples because of its location in the center and close to the city beach.

Owners description
Rooms and studios Milia, are located in Agios Nikitas, a village in the beautiful island, Lefkada. They are just 200 meters away from the seaside. Here you can find studios for two people, rooms for two and apartments for four. You’ll find us 13 kilometers SW from Lefkada city and we can meet the needs of the most demanding customer.
All our lodges, have air conditioning, television, refrigerator. Studios and apartment have also a kitchen with all equipment. There is a municipal parking lot to leave your car. It is a well organized site that will find whatever you want for relaxing, cozy and even comfortable vacations.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve pohvale za smestaj, jeste malo skromniji, ali je sve uredno i cisto. Domacini su sjajni ljudi. Topla preporuka.
