Description
Agios Nikitas View Apartments 2 is located on a rock above Agios Nikitas, at about 150m from the center, 500m from the city beach and about 2km from the fantastic beaches Milos and Kathisma. The villas within this complex are modernly equipped - they have everything you need for a vacation. Guest can use swimming pool and parking.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are at about 300m.
The complex consists of four separate villas (85m2) with a private pool and a capacity up to five persons, with one double two single beds in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
Each villa has two air-conditioners, two TV sets, two bathrooms, two terraces, fully equipped kitchen with large stove, large fridge, aspirator, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker, wireless internet, safe box, mosquito nets, washing machine, iron, marble floors and a fireplace.
Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every second day.
Guests can use the garden with sitting and dining facilities, a sun terrace overlooking the sea and private parking.
After entering Agios Nikitas, turn left at about 200m from the turning to the center, drive uphill for another 100m until on you reach Agios Nikitas View Apartments 2 on your left-hand side.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
