Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Accommodation is located in Kariotes, 600m from the beach, 1,5km from Ligia and 3km from the center of Lefkada, the capital of the island, Lefkas. Guests can use fully equipped shared kitchen in the basement of the villa and there's also shared barbecue and a nice garden.
The nearest bakery and a grocery store are at about 150m.
George House Villa & Apartments has twin and double rooms (18m2) with a double bed and triple rooms (22m2) with one double and a single bed. Rooms are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet, refrigerator with a freezer, hairdryer in the bathroom and mosquito nets.
Rooms on the first floor have balconies, while the rooms on the lower ground floor have no balcony but only a window, therefor they're available at lower price than the standard rooms on the floor.
Bed linen and towels are being replaced every third day, while cleaning is done daily.
Private parking is not available, but it's easy to find a place in the vicinity of the accommodation, even in a even high season.
After entering to Kariotes on the main road from Lefkas, turn right into the first street immediately after the Sindrivani tavern. After 100m you'll see the villa on the right on the right hand side.
George House Villa & Apartments is ideal for couples and those looking for an excellent accommodation on a quiet location, not far from Lefkas. The only flaw is a distance from the beach.
