** Pantheon Villas Apart Hotel is located about 2.5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. Guests have at their disposal two shared swimming pools with parasols and deck chairs, a snack bar with luggage room, toilet and shower. There is also a shared barbecue, outdoor seating and private parking in the yard. Four villas have private pools. **

The nearest bakery and market are located in Agios Nikitas (3.5km).

Pantheon has 23 accommodation units:

- 10 maisonettes on two levels, about 50m2 in size for up to 4 persons, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed with a mattress of standard dimensions in the kitchen area;
- 9 maisonettes on two levels, measuring 70m2, for a maximum of 6 persons, with a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom and a sofa bed with a standard size mattress in the kitchen area;
- 3 villas measuring 110m2 for 6-10 persons, with three bedrooms and a private pool;
- 1 villa of about 160m2 for up to 10 people, with five bedrooms and a private pool.

All units have air conditioning, a TV, a large kitchen with a stove and a large fridge, two bathrooms with a hairdryer and a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea. Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.

Cleaning, linen and towels are changed every third day.

The front desk is open 24 hours and offers the following services: car and bicycle rental, safe deposit box, on-call doctor, use of printers and fax machines, use of washing machine, wake-up service and taxi ordering.

The yard has a shared barbecue, outdoor seating and private parking.

The villas of absolute isolation, luxury and relaxation in one of the most beautiful and calm regions of Lefkada. Our love for the sun, the sea and nature led us to the manufacture of a complex where the visitor is charmed from the vastness of the Ionian Sea, enjoys the calmness and the joy of life.

They are all manufactured with best standards, they provide luxury, far away from the indiscreet eyes, they offer great comfort, so that you enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. They combine both mountain and sea. Enjoy your breakfast admiring the turquoise waters of the Ionian or have a drink in the evening looking at the sunset spreading a palette of colors.

There are three villas independent and private with individual swimming-pool. Each one can entertain up to 6 individuals. Each villa allocates 2 big bedrooms (the one with double bed has its own bathroom and the other has two single beds). Big united space of lounge and kitchen and very spacious luxurious bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dish-washer, kettle, coffee-pot, toasters, iron, ironing board, as well as washing-machine, central air conditioning in all spaces, radio CD, television satellite and DVD. In the exterior space there is BBQ, sunbeds in the swimming-pools, umbrellas, wooden tables and chairs in order for you to enjoy your evening dinner looking at the sunset. Above the villas there is a large private parking.

Nine self contained maisonettes can host from 2-6 individuals. A big united space of lounge and kitchen and very spacious luxurious bathroom with hand made mirror. Completely equipped, autonomous cooker with hearths, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee-pot, air conditioner, radio-CD, television. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the two big bedrooms are (the one with double bed and the other one with two single beds) and an additional bathroom. They are decorated in traditional Lefkas style with wooden floors and handmade furniture and paintings of Olympic Gods, each one brings the name of a god.

Ten self contained maisonettes can host from 2-4 individuals. In the ground floor it is a big single space of lounge and kitchen and one small WC. A completely equipped autonomous kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, coffee-pot, air conditioner. The couch in the lounge becomes a double bed where 2 persons can comfortably be accommodated. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there is a big bedroom with double bed, also with another lux bathroom. All maisonettes allocate veranda with panoramic view. Two minutes distance in Agios Nikitas village, you can find restaurants, taverns, mini markets and enough coffee-bars for your amusement.

The complex has a reception and a bar where coffee or refreshment is offered upon your arrival and during your stay as well. You will find internet service, TV, HiFi video and BBQ. Washing services are available too and private parking.

The wide garden is surrounding the 2 swimming pools – the one is 160m2 and can be used by children as well and another one 80m2 approximately.
