** Pantheon Villas Apart Hotel is located about 2.5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. Guests have at their disposal two shared swimming pools with parasols and deck chairs, a snack bar with luggage room, toilet and shower. There is also a shared barbecue, outdoor seating and private parking in the yard. Four villas have private pools. **
The nearest bakery and market are located in Agios Nikitas (3.5km).
Pantheon has 23 accommodation units:
- 10 maisonettes on two levels, about 50m2 in size for up to 4 persons, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed with a mattress of standard dimensions in the kitchen area;
- 9 maisonettes on two levels, measuring 70m2, for a maximum of 6 persons, with a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom and a sofa bed with a standard size mattress in the kitchen area;
- 3 villas measuring 110m2 for 6-10 persons, with three bedrooms and a private pool;
- 1 villa of about 160m2 for up to 10 people, with five bedrooms and a private pool.
All units have air conditioning, a TV, a large kitchen with a stove and a large fridge, two bathrooms with a hairdryer and a terrace or veranda overlooking the sea. Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.
Cleaning, linen and towels are changed every third day.
The front desk is open 24 hours and offers the following services: car and bicycle rental, safe deposit box, on-call doctor, use of printers and fax machines, use of washing machine, wake-up service and taxi ordering.
The yard has a shared barbecue, outdoor seating and private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
