Our description
Maria Pension is located at about 200m from the beach in Frini, within easy reach of Lefkas. Within the villa there are studios and apartments for 2-6 people. Guests can use a spacious and very nice garden with seating and dining facilities and shared barbecue, children's playground and private parking.
The nearest bakery and shop are at about 500m. This accommodation is about 500m from the center of Frini and about 2km from Lefkas.
It offers:
- studios for 2-3 people (20m2) with one double and a single bed,
- studios for four persons (25m2) with one double and a sofa bed,
-apartments for four persons (32m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area,
- duplex apartments on two levels (50m2) with one double and two single beds in the bedrooms on the upper floor and one sofa bed in the kitchen part on the ground floor.
- The largest accommodation unit is a maisonette for 5-6 persons (70m2) with two double and a sofa bed. The maisonette has a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the upper floor, two TV sets and air conditioners, and it's completely decorated with wood and woodcut.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning (apartments have two air conditioners), TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen (hot plate with two rings a fridge with freezer), mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and terrace overlooking the yard or a mountain, while the crib is available with a mandatory booking inquiry.
Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is performed every fourth day.
After entering the Frini settlement, turn into the fourth street left after the market Angelo, continue for another 150m, turn to the right and continue 100m until you find Maria Pension on the right-hand side.
Maria Pension is an ideal choice for families, couples and all travellers looking for an excellent accommodation as a base for visiting the west coast in the immediate vicinity of Lefkada and near Agios Ioannis beach at a reasonable price.

Pension Maria is located in Lefkada in the coastal area of Agios Ioannis north-west of the island at a distance 2,5km from the center of the town and 800m from the big and beautiful beach.

The complex has 20 studios and two apartments with lofts. In the same area, there are four newly built traditional studios fully equipped. Pension Maria is within a green environment with trees, grass, flowers and offers a quiet and comfortable holiday. Based on your stay at Pension Maria you can easily explore the entire west side of the island with the most beautiful beaches (Kathisma, Lefkada, Porto Katsiki, Egkremnoi) and in the meantime, you're next to the town of Lefkada, within 2,5km.
Studio for 2-3 people is suitable for couples, families with one child or group of 2-3 friends. Wooden studio for four people is suitable for families with two children, or groups of 3-4 friends. Apartment with loft is suitable for large families or groups of 5-6 friends. Apartment for four people is suitable for families with two children or large group four friends.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro veče, da li ovaj apartman ima smeštaj za porodicu os 5 clanova u periodu od 01.07.do 10.07. I koja bi bila cena pošto piše da cene nisu ažurirane. Unapred hvala!

Jako loše iskustvo imamo sa vlasnikom. Prvo nam je dodelio studio umesto unapred rezervisanog apartmana i hteo da nam ga izda po istoj ceni kao apartman + nam ponudio veći apartman, ali da doplatimo. Dok smo se nervirali i čekali on je prolazio pored nas bez ijedne jedine reči, znači ni "dobar dan, dobrodošli, izvinite, nesporazum" - ništa! U tom trenutku nismo ni znali da je reč o vlasniku. Sreća pa smo rezervisali preko agencije koja je našla alternativu. Polovinu noćenja smo bili u apartmanu, a polovinu u studiu. Unapred smo sve platili (naša greška) i od 1. dana "jurili" vlasnika da nam vrati novac (takav je bio dogovor sa agencijom jer nas je prevario za smeštaj), međutim uvek je bilo "sutra". Da bismo, kada smo izašli iz apartmana, doživeli neprijatnost da smo polomili slavinu. Pogodite, tek tad ništa nije bilo od vraćanja novca. Da se osvrnem na slavinu koja je od našeg ulaska čudno radila, sa slabijim pritiskom (što sam ja jednog dana recepcionaru i prijavila na šta je rekao da ne zna i da je verovatno do pritiska). Da opet ispadnemo fer mi ponudimo vlasniku: kupovinu nove (jeftina mu je prva koju smo našli), zamenu polomljenog dela slavine (neće), kupovinu druge slavine (čas neće, čas hoće, menjao mišljenja kako vetar duva) koju je prihvatio na kraju, ali da nam novac ne vrati, a da uzme novu slavinu?!?! Da ne pričam da je kršio dogovore sa agencijom. Na kraju novu slavinu dobio nije, nama novac vratio nije, morala je da ga vrati agencija umesto njega, nažalost. Lefkada i ljudi u njoj su, malo je reći, divni, ali ovaj vlasnik... ostaviću tri tačke.

Odlican apartman, ljubazni domacin, ogroman parking u hladovini i plaza koja je sasvim korektna na dva minuta od smestaja. Posteljina i peskiri se menjaju na tri dana.
