Our description
**Fraxa studios and Apartments are located just outside Ligia, 50m from the beach. It has rooms and studios and can accommodate 2-4 people. Guests have access to wireless internet, a courtyard, barbecue and private parking. **
The nearest bakery and shop and center are located 450m away.
The facility has studios for 2-4 persons, measuring 25m2, with a double and one single bed and one extra bed (folding metal construction bed with a slightly thinner mattress).
We also offer double rooms without kitchen, about 16m2, with double bed or two single beds.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, TV, bathroom and terrace. The studios also have a fully equipped kitchen (two-ring hob and small fridge with freezer). Guests staying in the rooms can use the shared kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, which are located a few meters away from the rooms.
Bed linen, towels change and cleaning are provided every third day.
The villa offers guests a spacious and beautifully landscaped courtyard with shared barbecue, as well as private parking.

Welcome to the Fraxa Studios and Apartments. Your stay in our hotel, with the sea's gentle breeze cooling you, will make your holidays unforgettable.
All of the island's beaches combine the wild scenery of jutting rocks plunging into the sea and long sandy beaches in between. This place has brought forth great people of the arts and literature such as Aristotelis Valaoritis, Aggelos Sikeilanos and Agni Baltsa. Lefkada still retains the traditional cultural lifestyle of the Eptanisa (Ionian Islands).
Our accommodation has five rooms at the ground floor, two three-bed rooms with kitchen, fridge, TV-set & A/C, three twin-bed rooms with fridge, TV-set, A/C & public kitchen, parking and barbeque. It is located 70 meters from the sea and just 6Km from Lefkas.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Porodično smo letovali i svi smo veoma zadovoljni. Domaćini su vrlo ljubazni i trudili su se za sve da nam izađu u susret . Čim smo pristigli u smeštaj probušila nam se guma. Pošto je bila nedelja popodne, vlasnik smeštaja nas je odmah sutradan ujutru odveo kod svog prijatelja vulkanizera. Brzo su nam sve zamenili i namestili po veoma povoljnoj ceni. Tokom boravka smo od vlasnika dobili i kolače, a na dan polaska poklon (liker koji oni prave). Soba je manja, ali uredna, a bašta predivna. Smeštaj je prijatan, miran i za svaku preporuku.
