Theodora Villa is located in the center of Nikiana on the main road, at 150m from the beach. Facilities include a beautifully landscaped garden, pool, poolside bar with breakfast room, children's playground, wireless internet and private parking.

The offer includes standard studios (30m2) for two or three people, which have a double bed and an extra bed (metal structure, foldable, with a slightly thinner mattress), family studios on two levels (30m2) for four people that contain a double and two single beds, quadruple apartments (54m2) have one double bed and two sofas and maisonettes (108m2) on two levels, for eight people, that have a double bed in three separate bedrooms (one bedroom is on the lower level and two on the upper level) and a large sofa in the living room on the first level.
A baby cot is available with a mandatory request at the time of booking.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with new furniture and appliances, have a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a safety deposit box, a fully equipped kitchen with stove with large oven and four rings, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker, a bathroom with bathtub or shower cabin, mosquito nets and terrace.
Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three overnights.
There are access ramps for wheelchairs, but accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities.
Theodora Villa is ideal for families, couples and young people looking for a quality and modern accommodation, close to the beach and at an affordable price. It was built in 2013 and it's one of the best in Lefkada.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
