Our description
Tasoula Studios is 200 meters from the sea in Nikiana. It offers fully-equipped studios and apartments for 2-6 people with beautiful sea and mountain views, wireless internet and private parking.
The accommodation is located 5km from neighbouring Nidri and 10km from Lefkas. The nearest grocery store is at 50m, and the nearest bakery is 600m away.
Double studios (23m2) have one double or two single beds. Triple studios have one double and a single bed.
The apartments have one or two bedrooms. The apartments for 2-3 persons (35m2) have one double and a single bed and a sea view. The apartment (45m2) with one bedroom has one double and two sofa beds for up to six people. Duplex apartments (45m2) are for 4-6 persons, with one double bed and two sofa beds, and most of them have a sea view. The superior apartment has two double and two sofa beds.
Accommodation units have a balcony or porch with sea or mountain view, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, equipped kitchen and a bathroom with hairdryer.
Cleaning is performed every day, and bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
The accommodation is adapted for people with disabilities.
From the center of Nikiana and the marina, continue towards Nidri for another 1,8km until you see Tasoula Studios on the left-hand side.

Owners description
Tasoula Studios is the accommodation in Nikiana Lefkada, at 10km from Lefkas and 5km from the cosmopolitan Nidri. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sea, it offers a relaxing and carefree holiday.
The distance from the sea is 200m, while the organized beach with one of the most famous beach bars on the island is at 500m. The accommodation units are fully equipped with appliances and household items for self-catering.
In the village center (500m) you can find a bakery and supermarket, and at 50m, there are tavern, grill and a mini-market.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
