ANOGI Boutique Guesthouse is the first stonehouse that was built in
beautiful seaside village "Perigiali" back in 1909.More than a century later - in year 2020 - we decided to give life again
and renovate this house, so as a result we came up with a mix of vintage
style combined with modern elements.The house have a master bedroom for two persons with fireplace, a
comfortable bathroom, a spacious living room with a beautiful kitchen
and in that space a cozy loft with two single beds that can be joined if
someone needs one more double bed. It is fully equipped with anything
you may need, from the living room you walk out to a traditional front
sea view balcony or to the back yard where you can also find the parking
area and the BBQ.A lovely small beach –almost private- is in front of the house in a
distance of 20 meters so you can enjoy it anytime! Boat slip-platform is
in distance of 100 meters if you want to come with your boat and get it
easily in the sea.Perigiali is a perfect place for holidays, located in the center of the island
it is the ideal place to stay for your vacations to our beautiful island. Just
14 km away from the capital of Lefkada, 1 km from the tourist center of
the island (Nidri) and 1,8 km from Dimosari Waterfals.In the quiet Perigiali you can take a walk in the picturesque port and
enjoy your swim in the beach of Pasa (250 m) or in the beach just below
Anogi (20m).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
