Our description
Villa Melisti is located in Tsoukalades. It has studios that can accommodate 2-4 people. It offers private parking for all vehicles, a coffee bar and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and shop are 50m away. Accommodation is about 2km from Kaminia Beach, and about 6km from the center of Lefkas and Agios Nikitas.
The studios are about 22m2, with double and single beds depending on the studio.
All studios have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge with chamber, aspirator), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are done every fourth day.
You can reach the villa by entering Tsoukalades from Lefkas direction, and before the center of the town, on the right side, you come across Bee Cafe and Melisti Villa.
Villa Melisti is an ideal choice for all travelers who want accommodation as a base for tour the whole island and do not mind a little more distance from the sea. It has a great value for money.

Villa Melisti is located between Lefkada city (5km), before the village of Tsoukalades, and 6km away from Lefkada city for visitors who are attracted by the active life of the island but also peace for those who want to spent peaceful vacation. From here, visitors can begin their visit by discovering the different beauties of the island.
There are mini markets and traditional taverns. The village of Aghios Nikitas is also worth visiting. Between Tsoukalades and Aghios Nikitas there is the beach of Pefkoulia (3km). Aghios Nikitas is the only village located at the seaside on the west side of Lefkada. It is a picturesque village located at the end of the gulf.
Villa Melisti has been recently renovated with all modern accommodation facilities in order to offer you very nice and the most pleasant place to spend your vacation. Every room has its own personality and it was designed in a way to cover all your current needs. The environment is extremely friendly and it is recommended for those who are in search of peace of mind and tranquility.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
