Villa Melisti is located in Tsoukalades. It has studios that can accommodate 2-4 people. It offers private parking for all vehicles, a coffee bar and wireless internet.
The nearest bakery and shop are 50m away. Accommodation is about 2km from Kaminia Beach, and about 6km from the center of Lefkas and Agios Nikitas.
The studios are about 22m2, with double and single beds depending on the studio.
All studios have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge with chamber, aspirator), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are done every fourth day.
You can reach the villa by entering Tsoukalades from Lefkas direction, and before the center of the town, on the right side, you come across Bee Cafe and Melisti Villa.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
