Our description
Kostas Studios are located 120m from a small pebbly beach (round stones and gentle access) and about 350m from the center. It offers wireless internet, as well as view towards the sea for all of it's guests.
It is about 650m from Vasiliki city beach and about 2.5km from the fantastic Agiofili beach.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 150m away.
It has three types of accommodation units: two and three-bed studios and four-bed apartments. They all have sea views.
The accommodation consists of a total of 16 accommodation units, namely:
- Seven double studios measuring approximately 25m2, with double or twin single beds
- Six three-bed studios measuring approximately 25m2, with double and single beds
- Two four-bed apartments of approximately 35m2, with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area.
- One 5 bed apartment of approximately 35m2, with a double bed in the bedroom and three single beds in the kitchen area.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, a kitchen (two hotplates and a small fridge with a freezer), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Housekeeping is provided daily, and linen and towels are changed every third day.
Private parking does not exist, but parking is not hard to find nearby.
Guests may contact the owners in a small reception on the ground floor for assistance or information.
Kostas Studios is the right choice for all travelers who want solid accommodation with an ideal location, in a quiet environment but close to the city center.

Owners description
Family-friendly business for a comfortable stay at a distance of 80
meters from four small beaches with rounded stones and gentle approach,
about 300 metres from the center of the village. From here starts the
path to Agiofili, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, which
you can also reach by boat from the port of Vasiliki. Near the famous
beaches of Porto katsiki, Egremni, Gialos, Kalamitsi, Kathisma, Aftelli,
Ammouso etc ... In the center of the village for coffee, food, drink ...
For local meat in the villages Fterno, Syvros, Nikoli etc ... For a walk
to the beautiful Sivota ... For activities such as swimming, surfing,
sailing, diving, canoeing, cycling, cycling, walks, horse riding,
cruises ...
When you arrive in Vasiliki, at the first major crossroad you should
turn left and drive to the promenade. Pass the promenade and city
center, and countinue to drive along the coast, about 300m towards the
Agiofili beach. After the last reastaurant miramare at 80 metres on the
left side you will find the Kostas studios.
The accommodation consits of 13 double studios (25m2), with one double
bed or two joined single beds. Of the 13 studios the seven are studios
for 3 adults (25m2) with one double bed and one Single (all the beds are
in the same room). And two apartments (35m2) for four persons with two
separate rooms.
All studios are air-conditioned and have wireless internet, TV, kitchen
(small electrical cooker with two burners and small refrigerator with
freezer), bathroom and terrace with a sea view. Kitchen and bathroom are
separated from the bedroom with sliding door. Baby cot is available on
the request. Cleaning is on daily basis, we offer bed linen and towels.
There is no private parking, but it is easy to find a parking place
close to the villa, even during the season. The accommodation is not
adapted for people with disabilities, and pets are allowed on request.
The nearest market and bakery are 150m away.
Kostas studios is a good choice for all travelers looking for excellent
accommodation on an ideal location, in a quiet environment, but close to
the city center.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

U objektu Kostas odseli smo u avgustu 2017. Veoma pristojan smeštaj, rekla bih hotelskog kvaliteta, jer se čisti svakog dana, peškiri redovno menjaju, tečni sapun doliva. Lepa terasa s pogledom na more, funkcionalna kuhinjica, nemam nijednu zamerku i opet bismo izabrali isti smeštaj ako bismo se vratili na Lefkadu.

Apartman je u centru Vasilikija,ima lepu terasu.Skroman je, ali cist.Odrzavaju ga svakog dana i menjaju peskire svakog drugog dana.
