Description
Imperial Studios are a modern, nicely decorated accommodation in a great location. It offers four studios and six apartments for 2-4 people. All guests are provided with a parking space, for the youngest fenced playground, where they can safely spend time, and guests can use the barbecue.
The accommodation is just 250 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the center of Vassiliki, a halfway to the Pondi settlement.
The studios are spacious, measuring 40-45m2. They are all located on the third floor and have the best view in the villa. Double studios have one double bed and one single bed.
The apartments are 50m2. They have one double bed in the bedroom and one double or two single beds in the living room.
Also, studios and apartments have a dining area with a dining table. There is also a seating area in the studios, while in the apartments one more bed for five or a cot can be added.
All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, safe, plasma TV and air conditioning, bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer, large terrace with awning overlooking the sea or the mountain, as well as mosquito nets. Wi-fi is provided in all rooms and public areas.
The accommodation is of the highest standard, so it is possible to inquire about everything at the reception of the villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
