Our description
Imperial Studios are a modern, nicely decorated accommodation in a great location. It offers four studios and six apartments for 2-4 people. All guests are provided with a parking space, for the youngest fenced playground, where they can safely spend time, and guests can use the barbecue.
The accommodation is just 250 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the center of Vassiliki, a halfway to the Pondi settlement.
The studios are spacious, measuring 40-45m2. They are all located on the third floor and have the best view in the villa. Double studios have one double bed and one single bed.
The apartments are 50m2. They have one double bed in the bedroom and one double or two single beds in the living room.
Also, studios and apartments have a dining area with a dining table. There is also a seating area in the studios, while in the apartments one more bed for five or a cot can be added.
All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, safe, plasma TV and air conditioning, bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer, large terrace with awning overlooking the sea or the mountain, as well as mosquito nets. Wi-fi is provided in all rooms and public areas.
The accommodation is of the highest standard, so it is possible to inquire about everything at the reception of the villa.

Imperial Studios are located in a privileged location in the beautiful Vasiliki village. Our complex is built right in the central road of Vasiliki – Pondi. It is the ideal place to stay for those wishing to explore Lefkada, enjoying at the same time, their stay in a cozy and relaxing ambiance. Imperial Studios is a new-built complex of contemporary designed, apartments and studios. It is a three-storey building, which consists of 6 apartments and 4 fully equipped studios. They are designed such way in order to offer their guests a cozy and hospitable accommodation.
There is a private parking space within the hotel premises. There is also a children’s playground where our little friends can play safely, while their parents are relaxing at their balcony enjoying the magnificent view.
Apartments can accommodate up to 4 adults. An extra bed or baby cot can be added. The apartments have 1 bedroom with a double bed and a closet and an open plan sitting area with fully equipped kitchen. A double bed or two single beds can be added upon request. All apartments have soft colors and strongly colored decorative items. They are all elegantly decorated, combining classic with urban style harmoniously. They are all fully equipped with A/C. TV, bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, window pests and large balcony with furniture and tents, where you can sit and relax, enjoying the magnificent mountain or sea view.
The 4 studios are located at the 3rd floor, which is constructed like a loft. They can accommodate 2 to 4 adults. They are open plan rooms with 1 double and 1 single bed. The studios are painted with soft colors and strongly colored decorative items. They are all elegantly decorated, combining classic with urban style harmoniously. They are all fully equipped with A/C. TV, bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, window pests and large balcony with furniture and tents, where you can sit and relax, enjoying the magnificent mountain or sea view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
