In the peaceful part of the resort of Leptokaria, in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas, Kaliambos Villa offers comfortable and functional accommodation suitable for couples, families, and small groups of guests. The villa is located only 90 meters from a beautiful sandy beach, allowing quick and easy access to the sea and daily enjoyment of swimming and seaside walks. Thanks to its location in a quiet environment, Kaliambos Villa is an excellent choice for those who want a relaxed holiday away from the crowds, with a pleasant atmosphere and close proximity to all the amenities that Leptokaria offers.

Kaliambos Villa consists of a total of six accommodation units designed to host up to four adults, located on the ground floor, first, and second floors of the building. The offer includes quadruple studios, and each studio consists of an open sleeping area with a kitchenette equipped for preparing light meals and a private bathroom. All studios feature one French bed narrower than standard dimensions, as well as an additional French bed of the same width or two separate single beds, making them a practical choice for couples and families.

Each accommodation unit is equipped with air conditioning, which is charged additionally on a daily basis, as well as free WiFi internet and a television, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests during their vacation. The kitchens are intended for preparing basic and light meals and include hotplates with a small cooking ring, as well as refrigerators with a freezer compartment, providing guests with basic conditions for self-catering during their stay.

Depending on the floor, each studio has either a balcony or access to a shared terrace equipped with seating furniture, offering guests a pleasant space for rest and relaxation. Guests also have access to a large courtyard with benches and a barbecue area, which can be used free of charge, with the obligation to clean it after use, further enhancing the experience and enabling a pleasant stay in a peaceful environment.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation units during their stay, while replacement bed linen is available every sixth day. Towels are not provided, so guests are advised to bring their own for the holiday.

No private parking space is provided for guests; vehicles can be parked on the street near the accommodation.

Leptokaria is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the coast of the Aegean Sea, located at the foot of Mount Olympus, which gives it a special charm and a unique combination of sea and mountain scenery. This lively destination offers a long sandy beach, a well-maintained promenade, numerous cafés, restaurants, and traditional tavernas with authentic Greek cuisine, as well as markets and all necessary amenities for a comfortable and carefree stay. The accommodation is located just 16 km from Nei Pori, 30 km from Paralia, while the nearest airport, Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia”, is 118 km away, making this destination easily accessible and ideal for a summer holiday.

For reservations for period from 03.06.2026 to 12.06.2026, discount of 20 % of total reservation is allowed.
The usual minimum stay limit of 10 days does not apply to the period to which the discount applies.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
