Description
Summer Door House is located in the Elia area, just 60m away from the beach. Sunbeds are provided for the guests on the beach. Nearby, there is a small market where guests can supply themselves with basic necessities. For those seeking a peaceful vacation in a luxurious setting, this accommodation can be an ideal choice.
In the village, there is no tourist offer available, so guests will need to drive to Neos Marmaras or Nikiti (8km) for entertainment or shopping.
This maisonette is spread over two levels, with a maximum capacity of six people. The first level, on the ground floor, consists of three bedrooms with double beds, as well as a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The second level, on the first floor, features a spacious living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, toilet, and a large balcony.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, and guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, and a washing machine. Both kitchens are equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a large oven, a stove with four induction hobs, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms feature a shower with a glass enclosure.
A baby cot is available for guests upon prior arrangement.
Guests can relax on the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating sets and loungers.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation. For an additional fee, cleaning service is available, including a change of bed linen and towels.
There are two parking spaces available in front of the accommodation for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
