Summer Door House is located in the area of Elia, 60m from the beach. Sunbeds are provided for guests on the beach. There is also a small market nearby where guests can supply themselves with basic necessities. For those seeking a tranquil vacation in a luxurious setting, this accommodation can be an ideal choice.

There is no tourist offer in the village, so for entertainment or shopping, you will need to drive to Neos Marmaras or Nikiti (8km).

This maisonette is on two levels, with a maximum capacity for six people. The maisonette features, on its first level, on the ground floor, three bedrooms, as well as a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a bunk bed and a single bed. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, toilet, and a large balcony.

The accommodation has air conditioning in all bedrooms, and guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, and a washing machine. Both kitchens are equipped with a large fridge with freezer, large oven, stove with four induction hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms feature a shower (only tiles) with a glass partition.

A baby cot is available to guests by prior arrangement.

Guests can enjoy the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets and sun loungers.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation. For an additional fee, guests have access to a cleaning service that includes a change of bed linen and towels.

There are two parking spaces available in front of the accommodation for guests.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
