Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 8 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
