Dimitris House is located in the heart of Metamorfosi, very close to the beach. It is a very comfortable, quality and well-equipped apartment with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to five adults.

The apartment is located across the city park, 100m away from the sandy-pebble beach. Shops, stores, bakeries, taverns and the entire tourist offer of the resort are also nearby.

The accommodation unit is on the second floor of the building. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer, all necessary utensils and dishes), two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain. The balcony overlooks the sea and the greenery, it is covered, with an awning, a sitting set, and a laundry drying rack. The apartment has a TV and air conditioning, WiFi internet, venetian blinds, and curtains.

There is no yard, and guests can park their cars in the street in front of the accommodation.

If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after entering Metamorfosi drive forward toward the sea until the end of the street, where Dimitris House is located on the left corner.

If you need a tidy and functional apartment on an excellent location - close to the shops, park, and restaurants, and just a few steps from the beach, Dimitris House can be a great choice for you.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
