Our description
Dimitris House is located in the heart of Metamorfosi, very close to the beach. It is a very comfortable, quality and well-equipped apartment with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to five adults.
The apartment is located across the city park, 100m away from the sandy-pebble beach. Shops, stores, bakeries, taverns and the entire tourist offer of the resort are also nearby.
The accommodation unit is on the second floor of the building.
It has a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer, all necessary utensils and dishes), two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.
In one bedroom there is a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain. The balcony overlooks the sea and the greenery, it is covered, with an awning, a sitting set, and a laundry drying rack. The apartment has a TV and air conditioning, WiFi internet, venetian blinds, and curtains.
There is no yard, and guests can park their cars in the street in front of the accommodation.
If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after entering Metamorfosi drive forward toward the sea until the end of the street, where Dimitris House is located on the left corner.
If you need a tidy and functional apartment on an excellent location - close to the shops, park, and restaurants, and just a few steps from the beach, Dimitris House can be a great choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman je u potkrovlju. 24/7 je radila klima i nismo mogli da ohladimo. Daska od wc je naprsla pa kad sednes ustupa te ona plastika, tako da su oba moja mala deteta zadobili posekotine na butinama. Ja sam trule osim i selotejpom to sanirao. Polomljena sofa na razvlacenje u dnevnoj sobi tako da smo iz mora doneli kamenje da podmetnemo kako bi spavali. Vrata od terase se ne zakljucavaju. Wc koji se nalazi van apartmana u delu koji ne može da se zaključa tako da mas oba deteta morao noću da pratim do wc-a. Inače wc je mali i pakleno je unutra. Znojis se dok se tusiras. Raspadnuta kvaka od ulaznih vrata pa nekada ne možeš da ih otvoriš. Prozor u dečjoj sobi nije mogao da se zatvori. Internet je katastrofa kao i kablovska. 90% nije radilo. Izbacili nas u 10h i ako u mailu stoji da je napuštanje sobe do 12h

Što se stiče komfora odlučan je smeštaj, same opremljeneosti isto, ali fale komarnici. Bili smo u istom od 20-30.6.2024. prva dva dana smo se borili sa komarcima. U samom smeštaju smo ubili sigurno pedeset, izujedali su mi svo troje dece, i nas dvoje. Izgledali smo kao da smo dobili neku alergijsku reakciju. Velika je buka, ali to je za očekivati s obzirom da smo u glavnoj ulici dešavanja. Klima jako loše radi. Fale jos dve tende kako bi pokrili deo terase koji izlazi iz spavace sobe i srednji deo. Uz stepenice je jako tesko nositi torbe. Na pomenute nedostatke ipak je cena visoka, mi smo u junu platili 674 evra za deset dana. Hvala!
