Description
Zefyros Studios is an accommodation at one of the best locations in Neos Marmaras, on the central city square and on the coast, with almost complete tourist offer at your fingertips. The building is modestly furnished, but it's well maintained and tidy.
The city beach is at about 600m, while the Paradissos beach is about 1,5km away. The square offers everything you need for an ideal vacation - supermarkets (open until midnight), bakeries, fast food, various restaurants and taverns, bars, pizzerias, touristic shops, leather and fur shops, boutiques and goldsmiths.
The building was built on a steep hill in a steep street, which is characteristic for this place and gives it a special charm. It has six studios and one apartment for a maximum of five people.
No. 1 is a double unit with two connected single beds and the possibility of adding one auxiliary bed. It has a large bathroom with a glass shower cabin.
No. 2 is a double unit with two single beds and a kitchen on the terrace.
No. 3 is the only double unit with a double bed. In the bathroom, there's no shower tray or a cabin, but only tiles.
Accommodation units no. 2 and 3 are very small rooms without a wardrobe, so they are suitable for a short stay.
No. 4 is a quadruple studio with two single and two bunk beds.
No. 5 and 6 are triple studios with three single beds (two of them are connected). No. 5 has a glass shower cabin in the bathroom, while in the no. 6 are only tiles.
The apartment has two connected single beds in the bedroom, two connected single beds in the room with a kitchen, two air-conditioners, a large TV and the possibility of adding one auxiliary bed.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate and refrigerator (expect some double units - rooms, which have only refrigerator), hairdryer, hot water 24/7, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and beautiful balconies (separated by wooden beams) with sitting furniture and laundry drying rack. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is performed after 3-4 days.
There's no yard nor private parking, but you can easily park in the street in front, as well as on the free public parking at about 200m away by the church.
You will find this accommodation on a steep uphill street, above the first town square and about 70m from the National Bank.
Zefyros Studios is a good choice for all guests who love the city center, traffic and lively areas, and we would especially recommend it to young people looking for a dynamic ambiance and vicinity of the entertainment and amenities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
