Vicky Villas is located in Neos Marmaras, about two kilometers from the city center, and it is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for a quality accommodation outside the crowd. Playground, a beautiful courtyard on the backside of the accommodation, internet signal, air-conditioned and modernly equipped apartments, as well as private parking - are just some of the advantages of this accommodation.

Vicky Villas is a newly built accommodation (2018) located in the Nikiti-Sarti main road across the Porto Carras Resort, about 940m from the supermarket Masoutis, and two kilometers far away from the city beach.

In the offer are three apartments for rent, with capacity of two adults and two children (4 Bed Apartment).

All three apartments are on the ground floor (two steps above the ground level). In the living room with the kitchen there is a folding sofa bed (for two), coffee table, a mini-stove and a fridge with a freezer. In the bathroom there is a glass shower cabin, and in the bedroom there is one double bed, night stand, wardrobe, A/C. There is one small partially fenced balcony on the backside of the accommodation, but guests mostly use the balcony in front of the accommodation to relax and enjoy.

The accommodation units are modern and well-equipped, and the owners are very kind. Replacement of bed linen and towels is after three days.

In the courtyard there is a playground with lawn, lots of greenery, two children’s trampolines and private parking with enough space for everyone.

Quiet Hours are from 15:00h to 17:30h and from 23:00h to 8:00h.

You will find this accommodation on the left side on the Nikiti-Sarti main road, at about 940m after you pass the supermarket Masoutis. In the same yard there is also Christos House accommodation.

The apartment is beautiful and tidy. The owners are kind. The location is convenient for those who wish to visit several distant beaches during their vacation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
