An excellent accommodation, tastefully arranged, clean, and peaceful. The apartment is new, and we had everything we needed, including a large refrigerator and a stove with an oven. The owners are friendly, and we have no complaints.

The apartment we stayed in met all our requirements. It was modern and beautiful. We spent eight nights there, and once, they cleaned the apartment and changed the linens and towels. It is a bit cooler at night than in Neos itself. A car is essential. In just a minute, you can reach two large supermarkets, and in two minutes, you can get to a truly lovely city beach.

The accommodation is perfect. It is clean, with a yard for children featuring a mini playground, and a barbecue if you feel like cooking. The place was cleaned daily, everything was flawless, with not a single negative opinion.

Our vacation went splendidly, and the accommodation significantly contributed to that. For us, a family with three children, the lodging met all our expectations. Most importantly, everything was tidy and clean, with bed linens and towels regularly changed. The children had a large yard filled with activities. There were seating arrangements in the garden for relaxation and enjoyment. The air conditioning was available for use, but it was hardly necessary. Additionally, another important aspect for us was that the apartment owners were wonderful and unobtrusive people who left an exceptional impression; all praise for them. We would gladly return as their guests again.

The use of a football field, barbecue, and playground for children is available upon request, without any issues. It is quiet and free of mosquitoes, with shops and gas stations nearby. A beautiful, spacious yard featuring a variety of amenities for children, as well as areas for relaxation and barbecuing for adults. The accommodation is clean, with newer furnishings, equipped with both small details and larger items. The hostess is wonderful, and we received olives as a gift upon our departure.

The apartments are spacious and clean, brand new. The yard is vast and beautifully arranged, facing away from the road towards the olive grove. There are plenty of amenities for both children and adults (barbecues and areas for relaxation and socializing). Although we vacationed here at the end of July and the beginning of August, the apartments were very comfortable, even a bit chilly, so we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, and they even assisted us significantly with a car issue we encountered during our stay. Although it is not close to the beach, it takes just 3 minutes by car to reach the nearest beach, 5 minutes to the center of Neos Marmaras, and only 1 minute to a large grocery store.

All compliments to the wonderful and kind hosts who greet you with a smile and a sweet fig treat! They are both truly delightful! The apartments are clean, the location is perfect for exploring Sithonia, with private parking and a children's playground. We will definitely see each other again!

The accommodation is fantastic; the complete amenities for both children and adults deserve a perfect score of ten.

The accommodation is excellent, both for children and for couples without kids. What we consider most important is that everything is clean and new. There are two large markets nearby. A car is essential. The beach in Neos Marmaros is one of the poorer ones on Sithonia, so you will still need to drive to better beaches, such as Kaligorija, Lagomandra, Koviou... Believe me, everyone who has accommodation in the "center of Marmaras" and has a car will never be at the beach in Marmaras. All in all, an excellent accommodation for a great price, you will surely not regret it. Christos and his wife are more than kind. In the end, they gifted us two packages of olives from their olive grove located above the house. It may seem like a small gesture, but it is significant, as it makes you feel like a welcomed guest. All the best, we will probably come again!

The necessity of having a car to reach the beach is completely irrelevant, as you would need a car even in the center to explore the beautiful beaches of Neos! I have no complaints whatsoever, and we can hardly wait to see each other again next year!

An excellent accommodation. Everything is newly furnished. Each apartment has its own terrace and is very conveniently separated from the other apartments. The owners are hospitable and helpful. Although we experienced bad weather, we had fun and socialized with the owners and other guests in the yard. The football field was ideal for our boys during our stay. There was certainly a barbecue. The owners assisted us in purchasing fresh fish. We appreciated the location on the main road, as it allowed us to reach everywhere quickly. Nearby, there are two large supermarkets on the way to the city beach. Additionally, the accommodation is opposite Porto Karas, which is perfect for those who enjoy this type of entertainment for children. The accommodation is isolated from noise and features a "huge" yard, providing ample space for all guests. It is convenient for families with children or pets.

An excellent apartment, all the furnishings inside are new, beautifully equipped, and comfortable. The hosts are exceptionally kind and helpful. The yard is vast and rich in amenities, ideal for families with children (a football field, two large trampolines, a basketball hoop, play equipment for young children, several sets of tables and chairs under large umbrellas, and two stone barbecues...). Two supermarkets (one of which is Masutis) are located less than 500 meters from the house. Definitely our choice for next year!

The accommodation is excellent, located in a peaceful area. It is clean, with new and comfortable furniture, and both the kitchen and bathroom are functional. The owners are wonderful and very kind. The only complaint is that there are no mosquito nets, so we were eaten alive by mosquitoes :-(

We drove to the beach, which can be reached in about 3-4 minutes. The owners are hospitable and pleasant, and the linens and towels are changed regularly.

A car is essential for daily use, whether for trips to the beach (the nearest city beach, excluding Porto Karas where there is an entrance fee), or for grocery shopping and going to town. Therefore, without a car, the accommodation loses its purpose. The accommodation is of a high standard (cleanliness - cleaning and changing towels and bed linen every five days, hot water is always available, the internet is excellent, a separate bedroom, air conditioning, TV, a flyscreen on the living room window, a large fridge with a spacious freezer compartment, ample kitchen space, a wardrobe in the bedroom, and three large drawers in the living room for clothing, a small terrace for drying towels, a large terrace in front of the apartment), with a few minor complaints (there is no cabin or curtain in the shower - after each shower, the entire bathroom gets wet, the burners on the mini stove work slowly, there is no solution for the flyscreen on the door of the small terrace from the bedroom, and the impact of the main road is significant - you sit on the terrace and "count the cars" passing by, and you can hear the ice maker running from the neighboring house all day long). The backyard behind the house is nicely arranged with a grill, but we did not use it as we came to enjoy the beach, not to stay in the backyard of a house on the main road. The price may be adequate for the accommodation, but the location is poor, and without a car, the accommodation serves no real purpose. In my opinion, this accommodation is suitable for emergencies, or if you have changed your departure date for the beach (which was our case) or if you could not find suitable accommodation closer to the beach. No, we would not return to this accommodation solely because of its location.

We utilized this accommodation, and I can only say that I am extremely satisfied with the service and the lodging in every respect! We stayed for 10 days during the first half of July, and it was wonderful! I thank them wholeheartedly; I felt as if I were in my own home!
