Hotel Description

Christos House, next to Neos Marmaras, is a great choice if you’re looking for modern accommodation, with plenty of content, out of town and city bustle. The kindness of the owner, the good connection with the surrounding places and the quality is what this accommodation offers to its guests.

Christos House is a newly built (2017) accommodation located next to the road Nikiti – Sarti, opposite of the Porto Karas Hotel, about 940m from the supermarket Masoutis and 2km from Neos Marmaras and the city beach.

In the offer are seven modern, well-equipped and impeccably clean apartments for 3-5 people, decorated in a similar style.

All apartments (except one on the ground floor, on the lateral side) are similarly arranged. In the living room with a kitchen there’s a modern sofa bed for two, in the passage to the bedroom there’s a spacious bathroom with a shower enclosed with wall and curtain, and in the bedroom there’s a double bed and exit to the private terrace with sitting furniture and a drying rack. The kitchen in the apartments is equipped with a mini-stove, fridge and necessary dishes. In five apartments there’s a space to add an auxiliary bed with a standard mattress, and a baby cot is available on request. On the frontside of the apartment, there’s a private veranda, and the low wall partly divides two spaces.

The ground floor apartment on the lateral side has a view of the yard and it’s bigger than the others. It’s equipped with a huge plasma TV, large fridge with a freezer and an oven. In the living room with the kitchen there are three single beds, and in the bedroom, there is a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom is also more spacious than in the other apartments. The windows of some apartments face windows of other neighboring accommodation units, but dark opaque curtains are placed on them.

All apartments have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and the internet. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done in the middle of the stay (more often if the stay is longer, upon agreement with the owners).

In the courtyard there are playground on the lawn and seating sets, a lot of greenery, barbecue with a gazebo, two trampolines for children and ample private parking.

Following the road Nikiti – Sarti from the direction of Neos Marmaras, you will see Christos House at 940m from the supermarket Masoutis. In the same yard there is Vicky Villas accommodation.

If your priority is a new and modern accommodation with plenty of content outside the city, Christos House can be a great choice.

A pleasant and beautiful accommodation with excellent hosts. The only drawback is that the mattresses in apartment no. 6 are worn out.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
