If you’re looking for a quality, neat, nicely furnished and spacious accommodation on a very quiet location, away from the crowd, Aamar House near Neos Marmaras can be the perfect choice for you. Privacy, internet, beautiful panoramic view of Porto Carras and the sea, olive trees and fresh sea wind are the things that guarantee an extraordinary holiday near one of the most popular resorts on Halkidiki.

Aaamar House is located in the area named Imeri Elia, 800m from the supermarket Masoutis and about 1,7km from the city beach in Neos Marmaras.

In the offer are three accommodation units, but only two are for rent, a double studio and a quintuple apartment.

Double studio with a sea view is located on the first floor (above the high ground floor). It’s equipped with two connected single beds, the kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, TV, air conditioning, internet, bathroom with shower tray, mosquito nets and enough space for resting and enjoyment in front of the studio. Its terrace offers a beautiful view of the greenery and the sea.

The quintuple apartment is located on the high ground floor and it has a beautiful private balcony (5x2m) with a view of Porto Carras. In a very spacious living room with a kitchen, there are two connected single beds and another separated single bed, armchairs, dining table, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and a stove. In the separate bedroom, there are two connected single beds, and in the bathroom, there’s a shower tray with curtain. The apartment also has mosquito nets, TV and internet.

The guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units, so absolutely nobody disturbs them during their stay. Clean towels and bed linen are provided.

The yard is nicely arranged and enclosed, with lots of greenery, stone paths and trees, barbecue and ample parking space.

Following the road Nikiti – Sarti, about 280m after turning for Kelyfos Hotel, make a left and drive ahead for 250m uphill, until you reach Aamar House.

If you prefer relaxing vacation, with a chance to enjoy nature, Aamar House could be a great choice for you.

My sincere recommendations for the accommodation: tidy and clean; the owners are wonderful people. We had a problem with the car, but they helped us.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
