Our description
Gesthimani Villa is a modest but decent accommodation, located close the beach and near Neos Marmaras. It has comfortable and tidy studios, equipped with everything that is necessary for a pleasant stay.
At less than 100m there is a pebble beach, while the sandy beach in the area Paradisos is about 1.5km away. The center of Neos Marmaras as well as the beautiful city beach are about 3 km away from the villa. The nearest shop and bakery are about 1km away, while the big discount store Lidl is 1.5km away. There are a couple of traditional taverns in the vicinity of the accommodation, one of them is just across the street.
Gesthimani Villa offers for rent studios that can accommodate 2-5 people - located on the ground floor, first and second floor.
On the ground floor there are one triple and one quintuple studio, on the first floor there are one triple and one quadruple studio, and on the second floor there are one double and one triple studio.
The double studio has one double bed, the triple studios have one double and one single bed, the quadruple studio has one double bed and a bunk bed, while quintuple studio has one single and one double bed as well as a bunk bed.
The studios on the ground floor have a veranda overlooking the courtyard, while the balconies of those upstairs studios overlook the nature and greenery, or the sea from a distance.
All accommodation units have a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate (with one or two burners), a kettle and a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
The small bathrooms have a shower tray with a curtain.
The studios have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning.
Clean bedlinen and towels are available at half of the stay, and guests are in charge of replacement (as well as maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay - they are provided with all necessary cleaning products).
A baby cot is not available, and pets are not allowed.
In the beautifully landscaped spacious yard, guests have at their disposal covered seating and dining sets, as well as barbecue facilities.
Parking is provided with enough space for everyone.
If you are coming from Thessaloniki, you will find accommodation if you turn right from the main road right across the Drosia tavern (about 2km after passing the Castello).
Gesthimani Villa can be a good choice for guests who need a holiday in a quiet environment, in family accommodation outside the crowds - away from the eyes of mass tourism.

Just 100m away from the pebbled beach of Neos Marmaras, Villa Gesthimani offers air-conditioned studios with a private balcony or patio. The village centre is 1km away and features shops and traditional, seaside taverns.
Gesthimani studios are air conditioned with sea, mountain or garden view. They include a kitchenette with mini fridge, as well as a seating area with TV. Each accommodation unit has its own bathroom with shower.
Within 800 m from Gesthimani, you will find a bus stop. Thessaloniki International Airport is 110km away. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the common areas, while free on-site parking is possible.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar izbor za sve koji vole pravi morski ambijent, tišinu i blizinu jedinstvenog Neos Marmarasa kao i ništa manje jedinstvene plaže Lagomandra. Smeštaj je adekvatan opisanom. Domaćin je korekrtan. Higijena samo pristojna. Odlično je što je kuhinjski deo izdvojen iz studija tako da vam prostor u kom spavate ne miriše na hranu i kuvanje. Utisak bi bi značajno bolji kada bi svakog gosta sačekao set novih kuhinjskih sunđera i deterdženta za sudove i kada bi bilo tople vode u sudoperi (nije uvedena).
