Accommodation description
Filippos & Eleni’s Apartment is located near the main road and public parking in Neos Marmaras. It is about 700m away from the city beach, while the Paradissos beach is situated at a distance of 1.5km. The apartment is fully equipped, can accommodate up to five people and is an excellent choice for a family with two or three children.
The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the kitchen, where there is a sofa bed and a dining table. In the extension of the room, towards the bedroom, there are two single beds, while in the bedroom there is a double bed and a TV. The apartment is air-conditioned and has internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge with a freezer, a large stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary utensils.
The bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower cabin with a curtain, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.
In front of the apartment, there is a large veranda overlooking the street.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every sixth day, is done by the guests themselves.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is space for one car on the street in front, and you can park in the public free parking lot across the street.

An enormous terrace, probably around 8 by 4 meters, perhaps even larger. The apartment has everything you might need: detergent, an iron, an ironing board, and even Nespresso capsules. No one bothered us; the stay lasted about ten days. The accommodation is clean; the TV works intermittently. The only drawback is the higher price, not due to the quality of the lodging but because of the location. There is parking right in front, but there are no bakeries or shops within about ten minutes’ uphill walk, and you need a car to reach the beach. All things considered, if you are traveling with children you can walk to everything; if not, the nearest urban center is the smaller center near Alcana.

Kind and unobtrusive hosts. They are always there for anything you need. Hygiene is at a high level. The amenities are also excellent; the owner has thought of everything - a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a coffee machine, a milk frother, plenty of glasses, plates, and a sandwich maker. Overall impression: 10 😊
