Filippos & Eleni’s Apartment is located near the main road and public parking in Neos Marmaras. It is about 700m away from the city beach, while the Paradissos beach is situated at a distance of 1.5km. The apartment is fully equipped, can accommodate up to five people and is an excellent choice for a family with two or three children.

The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the kitchen, where there is a sofa bed and a dining table. In the extension of the room, towards the bedroom, there are two single beds, while in the bedroom there is a double bed and a TV. The apartment is air-conditioned and has internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge with a freezer, a large stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary utensils.

The bathroom is spacious, featuring a shower cabin with a curtain, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.

In front of the apartment, there is a large veranda overlooking the street.

The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every sixth day, is done by the guests themselves.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is space for one car on the street in front, and you can park in the public free parking lot across the street.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
