Filippos & Eleni's Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, a resort spread over three surrounding hills which is the center of action on the Sithonia peninsula, so everyone can find something to their taste, be it entertainment, gastronomy, or beaches. This accommodation is at a distance of 700m from the city beach, while the Paradisos beach is at a distance of 1.5km.
In the bedroom of this ground-floor apartment there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa for one person, and in a separate area, within the living room, there are two more beds for one person, so this apartment is intended for the stay of five adults.
This air-conditioned accommodation unit provides guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a drying rack for clothes, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, kettle, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, overlooking the yard, on a large, private, and furnished veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every sixth day, is done by the guests themselves.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
