Eva’s Houses is the accommodation on one of the most beautiful locations in Nikiti, in a private beachfront complex. It consists of colorful maisonettes located next to the promenade and tucked into a very nicely landscaped yard. The maisonettes are comfortable, tidy and well equipped, across the street from the beautiful sandy beach. They’re suitable for those who’d like privacy during the holiday, comfort and a private yard.

The accommodation is located in the first row to the sea, 20m from the the city beach, on the promenade, a short walk away from all amenities. The nearest supermarket is at 800m, and besides the bakery and market in the center (1,5km), there are also a very good bakery and grocery store 1km away, as well as the big supermarkets Lidl and Masutis on the main road (about 2km). Also, guests can buy fresh pastries from a van that is passing by the accommodation every morning.

In the offer are five maisonettes (no. 6, 21, 29, 40 and 48). All maisonettes (60m2) are identically arranged and can accommodate a maximum of five people. Only maisonette no. 48 is renovated, so it has better quality than the others. Levels in the maisonettes are connected by internal stairs. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms (one with one double and the other one with two single beds) that have exit to the terrace, bathroom with hairdryer, washing machine and a shower with curtain. On the lower level, there is a living room with a sofa bed and armchair, and a kitchen with a stove, fridge with a freezer, electric kettle and the necessary equipment, as well as a toilet.

Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a drying rack. In addition to the balconies upstairs, there’s a veranda in front with a sitting set. Cleaning, as well as linen and towels replacement, are performed after four days.

The courtyard in front of the maisonette is not physically separated from the courtyard of other accommodation units. It’s part of a large and enclosed yard. Guests park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation, since there is no private parking.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
