Our description
Angelo Studios is an accommodation in a quiet part of Nikiti, and it is an excellent choice for couples and those who want to enjoy the intimacy and privacy of a nicely decorated yard, outside the city bustle, and near the beach. Apart from the location, there is as well the good price-quality ratio. Some of the advantages of accommodation are the cleanliness of the units, a nice and fenced garden, private balconies with a table and chairs, plenty of parking spaces for all guests in front of the accommodation (out of the yard), WiFi, kindness and owner’s affability.
Accommodation is 140m away from the nearest beach, the beach is unorganized, with stones at the entrance to the water, and the entrance to the sea is gradual. The harbour and the beginning of the promenade zone are at 760-800m, while the supermarket Happy is about 900m away, in Neakitou street.
Angelo Studios has five double studios (2 Bed Studio), one studio for four persons on the first floor (4 Bed Studio First Floor), and one apartment for four persons on the ground floor (4 Bed Apartment).
All accommodation units overlook the street and courtyard, while one two-bed studio on the second floor has a partial view of the sea from the distance.
Double studios (18m2) are on the first and second floor and they have a double bed.
Quadruple studio (42m2) on the first floor, size 45m2, has two double beds and it can accommodate three adults and a baby, or two adults with two children.
Quadruple apartment (42m2) is on the ground floor, it’s balcony is three steps under the ground level. The apartment has two rooms and a separate kitchen. In the first room there are one double bed and one sofa bed, while in the separate bedroom there is another double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer and mini-stove. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
Studios have a mini-stove and basic cooking utensils in the kitchen, a shower with a curtain in the bathroom, and balconies are spacious and beautiful. All units have air conditioning, a TV, internet and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon request. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done after three nights.
At the entrance to Nikiti, turn right at the traffic lights to Neakitou street and go almost to the very end. Before going out to the promenade and the beach, turn right into the street parallel to the beach and just continue straight trough Egialou Street (you will know that you are on the right path as soon as you see the Marina hotel on the right side of the road, and just continue straight) until you see the small chapel of St. Barbara. About 130m from it you will see a signboard for Angelo Studios, turn right there and after 100m you’ll arrive in front of the accommodation.
Angelo Studios is a solid choice for people who want peace, natural environment and relaxation in the true sense of the word.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zdravo, da li mogu da dobijem vise slika dvokrevetne sobe, i da li ima slobodno u periodu od 14.07-24.07.? Takodje bih volela ako mogu da dobijem Vasu preporuku za Sitoniju, nama bi to bio medeni mesec, pa bi voleli da i smestaj bude lep, po moguctvu blize moru, da ima vise privatnosti..u svakom slucaju, hvala na odgovoru.
