Overlooking the stone embankment and boats, Porto Anna Apartments is located behind the port, next to the sea, away from the noise in the peaceful part of Nikiti. Accommodation is well-maintained, nicely equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It offers comfortable and tidy accommodation units, spacious yard and big private parking.
The beach that is 50m from the accommodation is small, with rocks in the sea, so it is not recommended for a bath. Long, sandy and main city beach of Nikiti is 500m away or 5 minutes on foot. There is also the beginning of promenade as well as the city center and its rich offer. The closest bakery and supermarket are 400m away.
In total there are 11 accommodation units - some are renovated, some not.
One double studio on the first floor (no. 7) consists of one double bed, with the possibility of adding a baby cot, while in the other double studio on the ground floor (no. 4) there are one double bed and one sofa bed, so it can accommodate up to three persons.
Triple studios on the ground floor (no. 2 and 5) are newly built accommodation units, equipped with one double bed and one sofa with a drawer bed.
Triple apartment (no. 3) on the ground floor has a small table and two chairs in a foyer that leads into the bathroom, separate kitchen and the bedroom with one double and a single bed (with drawer bed used if necessary which further narrows the space, but gives possibility to be accommodated the fourth person). Both kitchen and bedroom have an exit to a corner balcony with side sea view.
Newly built apartments (no. 1 and 6) can accommodate up to 4-5 persons, they are located on the ground floor, and they have combination of single beds or sofa with a drawer bed, as well as the bedroom with one double bed.
There is one apartment with two bedrooms (no. 8), that is located on the first floor. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, while in the other one two single beds. In the living room with kitchen there is one corner sofa.
New studios no. 9, 10 and 11 are equipped in the same way. Each one has a double bed and a folding sofa. Studios no. 9 and 10 are on the ground floor, while the no. 11 is on the first floor.
All accommodation units have completely equipped kitchen with hotplates (some have small oven) and fridge with freezer (large ones) or freezer compartment (small ones), TV, air conditioning, WiFi, mosquito nets and balcony with sea view, sitting set and laundry dryer. In the bathroom there is an edged showering area with curtain, except in the double studio on the floor and in the newly built accommodation units where is a shower cabin. If the guests need a hairdryer, they should ask the owners. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay, while the guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the rooms.
The accommodation is surrounded by nice and fenced garden with palm trees and wooden table with chairs under the olive tree. In the courtyard there are also a barbecue, outdoor shower, tap, as well as private parking for all guests.
The easist way to reach the accommodation is to turn right from the main road when you enter Nikiti and see the traffic light. Continue straight towards the sea, to the very end of the street, then turn right again and after 250m you will see the accommodation.
Porto Anna Apartments can be a good choice for families with children and all those who want to spend a vacation on the peaceful location enjoying the sea view, close to all amenities this charming little town offers.
