The house met expectations regarding its proximity to the beach and promenade, which is very important when you have small children. Everything was clean, and the owners were truly kind.

The overall impression is excellent; an ideal accommodation for two families, where the price-to-quality ratio is entirely justified. The hosts are exceptionally kind and cooperative.

The location of the accommodation is exceptional, just two minutes from the beach and promenade, crossing over a grassy courtyard. It is fully equipped, even including an ironing board and a washing machine. The landlady is a wonderful lady, very warm and always ready to help. We had an unfortunate incident with the loss of our documents, but we were granted an additional two days free of charge to extend our vacation. The Wi-Fi in the accommodation is good, and there are plenty of rooms and beds. I highly recommend it for larger families or groups of friends. We will definitely return.

An excellent choice for families and trips with friends and children. The house is clean and tidy, just as described. It has everything necessary in the kitchen: frying pan, pots, dishes, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker. There are indeed plenty of beds for sleeping. The layout is excellent. Two rooms are air-conditioned, but it wasn't particularly hot in the house; we even had to cover ourselves at night without turning on the air conditioning. The beach is close by, and the location is perfect. The refrigerator is large and there is a freezer. There are truly no downsides. Personally, the only "downside" for me is the stairs since we have small children, although they have railings with locks (my children found it amusing to open them), it requires extra attention, but everything is fine. We were there as a family, with 6 adults and 2 children, and we had space for more. So the house really has everything you need.

The accommodation is excellent, spacious, well-equipped, just a minute's walk from a nice beach in Nikiti. The landlady is wonderful, kind, and always cheerful. Eight of us stayed at the accommodation, and there was more than enough space for everyone. I highly recommend it to those seeking a place where they will feel at home. Additionally, all praise goes to Nikana; we have never regretted booking our accommodation through them. Thank you for your patience, helpfulness, and kindness... you are the best!

A splendid house, offering ample space for a large family, situated in a phenomenal location. The beach is just a 2-minute stroll through the grassy yard. The bakery and grocery store are a mere 3 minutes away, while Masoutis is 10 minutes distant, fully satisfying all shopping needs. The owners are exceptionally kind and always ready to assist, yet they do not intrude upon the enjoyment of your holiday.

The accommodation is situated in an ideal location, spacious, beautiful, clean, and functional. The amenities are of a commendable standard, and all appliances are relatively new and in working order. The greatest delight comes from the comfortable beds and pillows! It is a peaceful area. The owner is exceptionally kind.

Casa Verde was an exceptionally comfortable accommodation for us. We were two families with three children. The basement area served as both a playground and a children's bedroom, which intrigued them. The upper bedrooms were cozy and delightful. The surroundings were tranquil and serene. The beach was in close proximity, although the sea was not clean during our stay, likely due to the heavy rainfall. The house is also conveniently located near all shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Our stay was excellent, just as it was described on the website, nothing less, nothing more! There were six of us, and the space was perfectly spacious for all of us to settle in and enjoy. We had three small children, and they had more than enough room for their games and running around in the yard in the evening. The beach is nearby, beautiful, and the café in front of the house was perfect; we had no need or desire to explore the surroundings. The promenade is also close for evening strolls, but the house is set back in the yard, so nothing can be heard, making sleep peaceful. The owners are wonderful people; we had a small mishap in the house, but they didn’t cause any problems, and we easily reached an agreement.

We enjoyed a splendid vacation at Casa Verde this summer. Two families (4 adults and 3 children) shared the experience, and it was quite comfortable for us. The house offers everything one could desire for a perfect seaside stay. It is new, clean, and well-equipped. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a beautiful garden. The beach is conveniently close, accessible via a pleasant and shaded path through the neighborhood. The center, with its restaurants and shops, is also nearby. There is one parking spot available, and two public parking areas are located within 100 meters. Last but not least, the hosts were exceptionally kind and friendly; we hope to return to Nikiti and stay in the same house.

The description of the house is absolutely accurate, just as on the website. The house is equipped with everything necessary for two families: a washing machine, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, and complete kitchenware. It is spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of rooms and beds. The large terrace features a table for eight, allowing for comfortable seating without crowding. The house is exceptionally clean, with new mattresses, and bed linens and towels are available for replacement. There is one bathroom and one toilet, but this did not pose a problem for showering due to the good layout. The house is excellently positioned, very close to the beach, literally 50 meters away. The beach is quite clean and the entry is good. The landlady is accommodating, friendly, and always available for anything needed. The house has one parking space, but there has always been parking available very close by. Nikiti pleasantly surprised us, and there is already ample description of the place on the website. As far as we are concerned, the house comes highly recommended, and everything through Nikana was easy to schedule and reserve.

A comfortable house for accommodating larger families. It is functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities of a family home. Nearby, there are beaches, restaurants, and bars. The only functional shortcomings are: an additional bathroom, considering it is intended for larger groups of guests, and another parking space (which already exists in front of the house). Given the price of the daily rental of the house, we believe these shortcomings will be taken into account and addressed for future users.
