If you're looking for a spacious house for a family vacation or for a larger company, Casa Verde By The Sea is the perfect choice for you. At only 100m from the city beach in Nikiti, this 4-level villa offers the ambiance of a family house. Washing machine, internet, A/C, covered spacious terrace with seating furniture and one parking spot, are just some of the benefits of Alegra Villa.
It is located at about 115m from the the city beach in Nikiti, and a 100m from a bakery and grocery store.
The villa (120m2) is divided into four levels and its capacity is 4-8 people.
The first level is in a semi-basement and consists of the entrance hall with an ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and table with chairs. From here, you enter the bedroom with two single beds.
On the next level, there's a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a fridge with freezer, a sofa bed, table with chairs, TV, toilet and washing machine. The living room opens onto a beautiful private balcony with tables and chairs, that overlooks the inner side of the courtyard, with external stone staircases leading to the garden.
The next level features two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a queen size bed. Wooden staircases lead to the gallery with another queen size bed. This level also has a bathroom with a shower and curtain, as well as a storage room.
The levels are connected by internal stairs protected by wooden fences, so they are safe for families with small children.
Guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene and towels and bed linen replacement (as they're provided in the closet).
Behind the villa, there's a small yard with a lawn, barbecue and one parking spot.
After entering Nikiti, continue ahead until you see the church on your right. Turn right and drive ahead for 720m towards the beach, then take the unpaved street on the left. 50m later you'll be in front of Casa Verde By The Sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija smeštaja je fenomenalna, na dva minuta od plaže i šetališta, prelazi se preko travnatog dvorista. Kompletno opremljen, ima čak i dasku za peglanje i veš mašinu. Gazdarica je jedna divna gospodja, tako srdačna i uvek spremna da pomogne. Mi smo imali nezgodu sa gubitkom dokumentacije, dobili smo dva dana gratis, da produžimo letovanje. Wi fi u smeštaju dobar, ima punooo soba i kreveta. Za svaku preporuku za viseclane porodice/prijatelje. Mi ćemo se sigurno vratiti.

Odlican izbor za porodicu i putovanje sa prijateljima i decom. Kuca cista, uredna, kao u opisu. Ima sve sto je neophodno u kuhinji, tiganje,serpe,posudje,escajg,toster,aparat za kafu. Kreveta ima zaista dosta za spavanje. Raspored odlican. Klimatizovane dve sobe ali zaista nije bila neka vrucina u kuci, spavali smo i cak morali da se pokrivamo nocu bez paljenja klima uradjaja. Plaza je blizu, lokacija savrsena. Frizider veliki i zamrzivac. Nema manu zaista. Meni licno jedina "mana" stepenice jer imamo malu decu, iako imaju ogradice sa bravicom(mojoj deci je bilo zanimljivo otvaranje toga), dodatna paznja i sve je ok. Mi smo bili porodicno, Bilo nas je 6 odraslih i dvoje dece i imali smo mesta za jos. Tako da zaista kuca ima sve sto vam treba.

Smestaj je odlican, prostran, dobro opremljen, na minut hoda od solidne plaze u Nikitiju. Gazdarica divna, ljubazna i uvek raspolozena. Nas osmoro je odselo u smestaju i bilo je mesta i vise nego dovoljno za sve. Sve preporuke za one koji zele smestaj u kome ce se osecati kao kod svoje kuce. Takodje sve pohvale za Nikanu, nikada se nismo pokajali kada smo rezervisali smestaj preko njih.Hvala vam na strpljenju, predusretljivosti, ljubaznosti.. najbolji ste!

Sjajna kuća, sa dovoljno prostora za veliku porodicu, na fenomenalnoj lokaciji. Plaža je na 2 minuta hoda kroz travnato dvorište. Pekara i piljara su na 3 minuta, Masoutis na 10, te su potrebe za nabavkom potpuno zadovoljene. Vlasnici su veoma ljubazni i uvek spremni da pomognu, a pritom ne ometaju uživanje u odmoru.
