Description
Easy Life Studios is a newly built and modernly furnished accommodation, located in a quiet part of Nikiti. Accommodation units are comfortable and bright, equipped with quality and new furniture. The building is modern and practically designed to offer a relaxing holiday just outside of the crowds and noise, yet close to all amenities offered by the resort.
It is located 550m from the beach and promenade, and 700m from the center of Nikiti and its rich tourist offer. On the main road, about 300m from the accommodation, there are bakeries, fast food restaurants, and bars, and here at 250m, you will find a large well-equipped supermarket Masoutis.
Easy Life Studios has six studios, four on the ground floor and two more on the first floor. All studios have the same surface (20m2), only the ceilings in the studios on the floor are higher, so they look more spacious. The ground floor studios have one double bed and a small sofa bed, suitable for children, and one extra bed can be added. The studios on the floor are arranged in the same way, but they do not have a sofa. They have a double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed. In front of the studios on the ground floor there are verandas with seating sets, and, the same as studios on the first floor with private balconies, the verandas are covered with an awning and have a view of the yard and the street.
First floor studios are not available for rent for summer 2023.
The studios are air-conditioned, they have TVs, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, small table with chair, wardrobes with shelves, laundry drying rack, terrace and bathroom with an edged showering area with curtain. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge with a small freezer compartment, necessary dishes and hotplates with two rings. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after 3-4 nights.
The garden is small, but nicely decorated and fenced, and guests can also use a built-in barbecue. There is enough parking space in front of the building.
If you are coming from Thessaloniki, it is best to turn right from the main road of Nikiti right after passing the Masoutis supermarket - after 270m you will find yourself in front of the Easy Life accommodation.
Easy Life Studios is open all year round and it is a good choice for all those looking for new, high-quality and secure accommodation, close to all contents in Nikiti.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani da li je slobodan trokrevetni studio na 1. Spratu za 2 odraslih i 1 dete od 21.6. Do 1.7. I da li je asvaltirana ulica do smestaja. Huwala

Smestaj je dobar. Ali vlasnici su izuzetno neljubazni i drski, pogotovo gospodja koja bi trebalo da docekuje goste.

Sve pohvale za Nikanu,isli smo u ove apartmane Easy life 2022.i bili zadovoljni, medjutim ove godine nemamo dobro iskustvo,tacnije imamo jako lose iskustvo. Apartman broj 5 na spratu kuce ima galeriju (na kojoj se nalazi francuski lezaj) koja nije preporucljiva za decu mladju od 6-7 godina,tacnije nebezbedna je. Klima ne moze da ohladi galeriju tako da smo spavali pod klimom po celu noc na najnizoj temperaturi da bi bilo pristojno i moglo da se spava uopste,a onaj ko spava u prizemlju,smrzne se. Krevet u prizemlju apartmana je toliko mali da jedva moze dete od 10godina da spava na njemu-dvosed u jako losem stanju.Wifi je los,tako da na njega ne racunajte,mozda se povezete kada ostali gosti nisu u apartmanima. Toalet mali,ne mogu dve osobe istovremeno da stanu.Tus prska na sve strane.Vlasnici apartmana neljubazni i nekorektni,da ako se na nesto pozalite jos budete i izgrdjeni.
