Our description
Easy Life Studios is a newly built and modernly furnished accommodation, located in a quiet part of Nikiti. Accommodation units are comfortable and bright, equipped with quality and new furniture. The building is modern and practically designed to offer a relaxing holiday just outside of the crowds and noise, yet close to all amenities offered by the resort.
It is located 550m from the beach and promenade, and 700m from the center of Nikiti and its rich tourist offer. On the main road, about 300m from the accommodation, there are bakeries, fast food restaurants, and bars, and here at 250m, you will find a large well-equipped supermarket Masoutis.
Easy Life Studios has six studios, four on the ground floor and two more on the first floor. All studios have the same surface (20m2), only the ceilings in the studios on the floor are higher, so they look more spacious. The ground floor studios have one double bed and a small sofa bed, suitable for children, and one extra bed can be added. The studios on the floor are arranged in the same way, but they do not have a sofa. They have a double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed. In front of the studios on the ground floor there are verandas with seating sets, and, the same as studios on the first floor with private balconies, the verandas are covered with an awning and have a view of the yard and the street.
First floor studios are not available for rent for summer 2023.
The studios are air-conditioned, they have TVs, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, small table with chair, wardrobes with shelves, laundry drying rack, terrace and bathroom with an edged showering area with curtain. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge with a small freezer compartment, necessary dishes and hotplates with two rings. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after 3-4 nights.
The garden is small, but nicely decorated and fenced, and guests can also use a built-in barbecue. There is enough parking space in front of the building.
If you are coming from Thessaloniki, it is best to turn right from the main road of Nikiti right after passing the Masoutis supermarket - after 270m you will find yourself in front of the Easy Life accommodation.
Easy Life Studios is open all year round and it is a good choice for all those looking for new, high-quality and secure accommodation, close to all contents in Nikiti.

Halkidiki is a beautiful touristic destination in Northern Greece which permeates the blue of Aegean Sea. The most enchanting place is the peninsula of Sithonia.
Nikiti is a central village which is the pearl of Halkidiki and in this ideal landscape you can find our luxury accommodation Easy Life, located in the main village in distance 400m from village center and 400m from the most popular marvelous beaches, close to Nikiti touristic port and to market for shopping.
Very close from Easy Life you can find everything you need: supermarkets, breakfast food stores, different restaurants and taverns, touristic and jewelry shops where you can make good and profitable buys.
Easy Life Studios were built in Nikiti in August 2015. The estate is located within a small distance (300m) from the smooth shimmering sea. Our main concerns are the cleanliness of the rooms and the beauty of the exterior in order for you to enjoy your vacation.
Ground floor studios (2-3 persons): Consists of four different decoration studios. A studio with kitchen and en-suite bathroom that can accommodate to three guests. All of them have fully equipped kitchen, mirror A/C, a 23'' LCD SAT TV and a hair-dryer.
First floor studios (2-3 persons): There are two studios with a big balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Studio cist, opremljen sa svim neophodnim stvarima u kuhinji. Ali ogromna neljubaznost od gospodje sto docekuje goste. Uplatili smo kaparu nekih nedelju dana pred put koja nije legla dok smo mi stigli. Kad smo dosli trazila nam je ukupan iznos smestaja ili da trazimo na drugom mestu, nije imala obzira na to sam trudna i da imamo malu decu. U toku boravka kad bi je sreli i pitali za pare odmah bi povisila ton i postajala neprijatna. Posle je nismo ni pitali vise, a ona nam se do kraja boravka nije obracala. Zahvaljujuci Nikani i njihovoj posvecenosti resili smo problem sa parama.

Smestaj je dobar. Ali vlasnici su izuzetno neljubazni i drski, pogotovo gospodja koja bi trebalo da docekuje goste.

Prvenstveno, kao i uvek, sve pohvale za Nikanu i precizan opis smeštaja. Studio jeste manji, ali je sve čisto i novo. Peskiri i posteljina su menjani na 2-3 dana, kao i čišćenje. Lokacija je odlična, blizu su marketi, kao i šetalište. Ispred smeštaja može da se parkira automobil. Ulica nije prometna i nema buke.

Prvenstveno, kao i uvek sve pohvale za Nikanu i precizan opis smeštaja. Studio je manji, ali je lep i sve je čisto i novo. U toku našeg boravka, posteljina i peskiri su menjani na 2 do 3 dana, kao i čišćenje. Ispred smeštaja se može parkirati automobil. Ulica je mirna, nije prometna. Šetalište, kao i prodavnice su blizu.
