Our description
Galipsous Apartments is an accommodation above the main highway, in the old part of Nikiti. It is very nice and well-equipped accommodation on a quiet location away from the crowds and noise. The apartments are comfortable, bright, impeccably clean and neat.
The main sandy beach in Nikiti is 1,4km away, and at 350m you will find bakeries, cafes and fast-food restaurants (giros). The closest supermarket is about 400m far.
In the offer are three apartments (60m2) for five and six persons.
Quintuple apartment (no. 1) has two separate bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds and a living room with a corner sofa.
Sextuple apartments, one on the ground floor (new one) and one on the first floor (no. 2), have two separate bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds and a living room with two folding sofas. These apartments have a spacious terrace with a nice view of the old town.
The apartments are air-conditioned (air-conditioner is in the living room), they have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer, a standard stove, coffee maker and toaster, WiFi internet (it is not available in May), TV and mosquito nets, with a shower tray and a washing machine in the bathroom. If you need a hairdryer, please contact a friendly owner. All rooms access to the terrace equipped with a sitting set and a drying rack. The replacement of towels and bed linen is performed after four days, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene in the apartments.
The yard is not arranged. There is enough space for parking in the immediate vicinity.
Turn left off the main road to the old part of Nikiti about 200m after passing Eko gas station and you will reach the accommodation.
Galipsous Apartments is a place where hygiene is about to meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests and it's an ideal choice for those looking for a quality accommodation on a quiet location in the old part of Nikiti.

Owner description
Galipsous Apartments is the accommodation in the outskirts of Nikiti, about 1km from the beach and 1,5km from the city center.
It consists of two apartments on the second floor. Apartments have two bedrooms each and they can accommodate up to six persons. There is one double and two single beds in the bedrooms, while in the living room one of them has a folding sofa and the other has two sofa beds. Also, they have a bathroom with washing machine, living room with a TV connected with a kitchen equipped with a stove with oven and cutlery, dining table and chairs. Apartments are equipped with A/C and WiFi internet. There is no private parking, but a space for the cars is always available in front of the house. Both apartments have spacious balconies where you can relax with some refreshments.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman je prostran i ima veliki frižider sa malim zamezivačem što je jedino za pohvalu. Sve ostalo je ispod proseka. Jednostavno odnos cene i kvaliteta ni blizu očekivanog. Kreveti neudobni, singl ležajevi kratki za prosečno visoku decu. Na terasi tri od četiri stolice sa napuklim sedalnim delom. Kupatilo staro, vrata kad se otvaraju / zatvaraju sve škripi i puca da ćete sigurno probuditi nekoga ko spava, kada užas, wc šolja žuta od kamenca, kao da su stare 50 godina... ulica je prometna, ima i neki parking za cisterne tako da za spavanje u miru morate zatvoriti prozore i terasu.

Komforan apartman sa odličnim pogledom na stari grad i more. Kreveti udobni. Ugodno za spavanje, klima gotovo da nije ni potrebna.

Poštovani, da li imate slobodan smeštaj za 2 odrasle osobe, jedno dete od 2 godine i bebu od 8 meseci? Fleksibilni smo sa datumom, ostali bi 10 do 15 dana, jul ili avgust mesec, samo da je od 9. u mesecu. Neophodni su nam kuhinjica i parking, i zgodan prilaz zbog decjih kolica. Hvala na odgovoru.

Preskup za lokaciju na kojoj se nalazi,ulica je previše bučna,tom ulicom prolaze šleperi,autobusi,pored apartmana se parkiraju šleperi .Ne zna se da li je gore ujutru ili uveče.Ako hoćete da spavate morate da zatvorite sva vrata i prozore,zbog buke.
