Our description

Galipsous Apartments is an accommodation above the main highway, in the old part of Nikiti. It is very nice and well-equipped accommodation on a quiet location away from the crowds and noise. The apartments are comfortable, bright, impeccably clean and neat.

The main sandy beach in Nikiti is 1,4km away, and at 350m you will find bakeries, cafes and fast-food restaurants (giros). The closest supermarket is about 400m far.

In the offer are three apartments (60m2) for five and six persons.
Quintuple apartment (no. 1) has two separate bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds and a living room with a corner sofa.
Sextuple apartments, one on the ground floor (new one) and one on the first floor (no. 2), have two separate bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds and a living room with two folding sofas. These apartments have a spacious terrace with a nice view of the old town.

The apartments are air-conditioned (air-conditioner is in the living room), they have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer, a standard stove, coffee maker and toaster, WiFi internet (it is not available in May), TV and mosquito nets, with a shower tray and a washing machine in the bathroom. If you need a hairdryer, please contact a friendly owner. All rooms access to the terrace equipped with a sitting set and a drying rack. The replacement of towels and bed linen is performed after four days, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene in the apartments.

The yard is not arranged. There is enough space for parking in the immediate vicinity.

Turn left off the main road to the old part of Nikiti about 200m after passing Eko gas station and you will reach the accommodation.

Galipsous Apartments is a place where hygiene is about to meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests and it’s an ideal choice for those looking for a quality accommodation on a quiet location in the old part of Nikiti.

Owners description

Galipsous Apartments is the accommodation in the outskirts of Nikiti, about 1km from the beach and 1,5km from the city center.

It consists of two apartments on the second floor. Apartments have two bedrooms each and they can accommodate up to six persons. There is one double and two single beds in the bedrooms, while in the living room one of them has a folding sofa and the other has two sofa beds. Also, they have a bathroom with washing machine, living room with a TV connected with a kitchen equipped with a stove with oven and cutlery, dining table and chairs. Apartments are equipped with A/C and WiFi internet. There is no private parking, but a space for the cars is always available in front of the house. Both apartments have spacious balconies where you can relax with some refreshments.

 Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Poštovani ovo bi nama odgovaralo u periodu od 01.07-12.07 ako je slobodno, 3 odrasle osobe i 4 dece (4,3 god i blizanci 8 meseci) da li je slobodno?

    Dobro vece, interesuje me da li ima slobodnih apartmana za period 07.08 do 15.08.2023? Trebaju nam dva apartmana ako je moguce jedan pored drugog. Jedna porodica je sa troje dece starosti 12, 9 i 2 godine, a druga porodica je sa blizancima od godinu i po dana.
