Description
Bay Beach Maisonette within the coastal complex in Nikiti is a great choice for anyone who wants privacy on vacation. Additionally, the beach is only a few steps away, and the location itself is protected from crowds and noise.
The beach is right in front of the complex, while the first tavern is 600m away, and the town center is about 1km away. Larger supermarkets, Lidl and Masoutis are on the highway, or about 1.3 km away.
It consists of ground floor, first and second floor. The ground floor has a living room with sofa, table and chairs and kitchen and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, so it has a stove, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. Below the stairs is a small storage room where the washing machine is located. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two single beds in the first room and a double bed in the second. The third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom are located on the second floor. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.
The maisonette is air conditioned, has a TV, internet, hairdryer and several balconies. The guests themselves are in charge of the hygiene of the maisonette during their stay, while sets of towels and bed linen are available for replacement after five days.
The ground floor leads to a small yard where there is a barbecue and a table and chairs. Private parking is provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate slobodnih apartmana za porodicu 2+2 (deca 8 i 6 godina). Dolazak je fleksibilan od 10/07- 17/07 a boravak bi bio 10-12 dana. Molim vas da mi posaljete vasu ponudu ukoliko imate Slobodan apartman u ovom periodu.
