Our description
Antony's Apartments is the accommodation close to the beach, as well as to all amenities of Nikiti. It's located in a quiet part of the city, surrounded by a big yard and it can be a good choice for those who'd want to spend a quiet and pleasant holiday. It's extremely clean and the owner is very kind.
It is located about 150m from the sandy city beach and about 80m from the harbour and other facilities of the place.
The accommodation has four comfortable and nicely furnished apartments on the first floor.
The sextuple apartment Antony (75m2) has one double i.e. two bunk beds in the bedrooms. The living room has two folding sofa beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. This apartment has one terrace, two TV sets, two air conditioners and internet.
The quadruple apartment Garden (35m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds in the dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-stove with oven and small fridge. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. The apartment is air-conditioned, it has a TV and the internet.
The quintuple apartment Asteria (52m2), has two bedrooms (with one double i.e. two single beds), separated and fully equipped kitchen with one sofa bed, two balconies, three air conditioners, two TV sets and a glass shower cabin in the bathroom.
The sextuple apartment Angela (51m2) has two balconies, a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two single beds and one corner sofa for two persons. Each room has a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin.
The apartments have a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack. Towels are replaced after two days, while bed linen after four days. Daily housekeeping takes place between 08:00 and 12:00.
The courtyard is nicely maintained, the lawn is ideal for playing, with outdoor seating area and barbecue facilities. Private parking is provided for all guests.
After the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, turn off the main road into Neakitou Street and continue for 590m towards the beach, then turn right into the alley (next to the butcher's shop and bookstore, you will see them in that alley on the left). Continue ahead for 140m, turn right and 30m later you'll be in front of Antony's Apartments.

Antony's Apartments is the accommodation in Nikiti, located at just 80m from the marina.
In the green garden, there are tables with chairs and sunshades for guests while relaxing and drinking coffee or a refreshing drink. Along the coastal pedestrian street, there are various restaurants, pizzerias and cafes, while within walking distance you will find supermarkets, post office, bank, shops and pharmacies.
Apartment A (75m2) consists of a bedroom with one double bed, wardrobe, TV, and a balcony with seating area and pergola, as well as a bedroom for children with two bunk and a single drawer bed. The living room is fitted with two foldable sofa beds, TV set, A/C, fireplace and a balcony with table and two chairs. Kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, all utensils, coffee pot, electric kettle, toaster and coffee mixer. The bathroom has a bathtub.
There's also iron with ironing board, hairdryer, second air condition in the hallway, free WiFi internet and parking.Apartment B (35m2) consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with one double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe, balcony with pergola and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a table with chairs, all household utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, food processor, mini stove with oven and a fridge. Also, there are two bunk beds. There's also iron with ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, free WiFi internet and a parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
