Hotel Description

Antony’s Apartments is the accommodation close to the beach, as well as to all amenities of Nikiti. It’s located in a quiet part of the city, surrounded by a big yard and it can be a good choice for those who’d want to spend a quiet and pleasant holiday. It’s extremely clean and the owner is very kind.

It is located about 150m from the sandy city beach and about 80m from the harbour and other facilities of the place.

We offer four comfortable and well-equipped apartments on the first floor, as well as a newly built building consisting of two types of accommodation units.

The sextuple apartment Antony (75m2) has one double i.e. two bunk beds in the bedrooms. The living room has two folding sofa beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. This apartment has one terrace, two TV sets, two air conditioners and internet.

The quadruple apartment Garden (35m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds in the dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-stove with oven and small fridge. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. The apartment is air-conditioned, it has a TV and the internet.

The quintuple apartment Asteria (52m2), has two bedrooms (with one double i.e. two single beds), separated and fully equipped kitchen with one sofa bed, two balconies, three air conditioners, two TV sets and a glass shower cabin in the bathroom.

The sextuple apartment Angela (51m2) has two balconies, a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two single beds and one corner sofa for two persons. Each room has a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has a glass shower cabin.

The apartments have a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Studios (No.102, No.103) and apartment (No.101) are located on the upper ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The studios have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.

Studios (No.104, No.105) and apartment (No.106) are located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The studios have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.

Newly built accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet, hairdryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with two or four glass-ceramic burners, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and with a large oven in one apartment (No. 101), while the other apartment (No. 106) does not have an oven.

Guests can spend warm summer days, with a view of the garden, on the fenced veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture.

Daily cleaning is done between 08:00 and 12:00, while bed linen is changed every four days, and towels are changed every two days.

The garden is nicely maintained, the lawn is ideal for playing, with outdoor seating area and barbecue facilities. Private parking is provided for all guests.

After the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, turn off the main road into Neakitou Street and continue for 590m towards the beach, then turn right into the alley (next to the butcher’s shop and bookstore, you will see them in that alley on the left). Continue ahead for 140m, turn right and 30m later you’ll be in front of Antony’s Apartments.

The accommodation is situated in a tranquil location, the owners are exceptionally courteous, the apartments are cleaned daily, the courtyard is outstanding, and I highly recommend it.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
