Excellent and immaculate.

In a word - splendid! Comfort: Even the studio (the smallest apartment) is quite good - it contains a large double bed, a single sofa bed (fairly comfortable), and there is space for a crib. Ideal for our family of four. It features a terrace with a dining table. Perhaps most importantly for the children, there is a vast yard that is delightful for enjoyment. Thus, we spent minimal time in the apartment - only when sleeping and occasionally during meals; the rest of the time was either at the beach or in the yard. Location: Also excellent. Very close to the marina in Nikiti, and the most beautiful part of the city beach is right next to the marina, so we visited the city beach several times within just a few minutes' walk. Cleanliness: I have never been in a cleaner place in my life! I believe they cleaned every day, changing our towels and linens every 2 or 3 days, and they scrubbed the bathroom at least twice again. The yard is also very well maintained, with watering and grass cutting... They even clean the glass on the outside of the ground floor terraces. Perfectly clean. Friendliness: All praise goes to the staff working there, always available, and everything is easily arranged. Value for money: Worth every penny; if you have a family with small children, don't hesitate, this is the right place for you.

Overall, we are satisfied with the accommodation. The hygiene is commendable. The hosts are very kind. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable vacation, and it even features a washing machine in the common areas. Everything matches the descriptions on your website. If we decide to vacation in Greece next year, Nikana will be our choice.

An excellent accommodation in a prime location. It features private parking and a well-maintained courtyard. What sets it apart from others is the tranquility, despite being located in Nikiti close to the promenade, cleanliness, and the amenities provided, including laundry detergent, an iron, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a coffee maker – all of which we did not have in the apartments where we stayed, despite having vacationed in Greece for over twenty years. Additionally, there is a possibility of laundry services at no extra charge. The hosts are very friendly, and a big hello to George. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The accommodation and the hosts are exceptional. Everything was of a high standard, and I am grateful that they tolerated the playful antics of our children who frolicked every afternoon in the yard of this lodging. An iron and a hairdryer are provided within the apartment. Perfect for families with children, it has everything needed. The apartment is cleaned daily, and the linens and towels are changed every other day. Additionally, the apartment offers its own parking space.

The accommodation is more than excellent. It is situated in a beautiful and tranquil location, near what I consider to be the most beautiful part of the city beach in Nikiti. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. The accommodation is cleaned daily, and the bed linen is changed every two days. The internet is excellent. The accommodation is truly perfect. There were five of us, four adults and a two-year-old baby. The accommodation is comfortable, equipped with everything necessary, and the location is excellent, close to the beach and promenade. The owners are exceptionally kind, and in the end, they even packed us some gifts, which is truly commendable. The accommodation is cleaned every day, essentials are replenished, and towels are changed. If we visit Nikiti again, we would choose the same accommodation.

Our stay at Antony's Appartments (Garden) in June 2023 was truly delightful. The owners exhibited remarkable hospitality, and their approach to the guests exceeded our expectations. An outstanding accommodation with exceptionally gracious hosts, highly recommended.

The accommodation is exceptionally tidy, pleasant, and comfortable. Our lodging faced the courtyard of the apartment, and I would recommend it to everyone because it is very nice to sit on the terrace due to the shade. The Wi-Fi is excellent, covering all areas of the apartment. The location is superb. The courtyard is spacious, ideal for children. The hosts are very kind. The town of Nikiti has many excellent restaurants, and the beach is not quite ideal, so I recommend visiting some nearby beaches, with a special recommendation for Trani Ammouda beach, which is less than 10 km away from the accommodation, featuring unbelievably beautiful sea and a great café.

We stayed in these apartments at the beginning of July this year. It is rare to find apartments so well arranged and maintained in Greece. Not to mention the kindness of the hosts. We were greeted with a gift and sent off with another. They were courteous, warm-hearted, and always available to assist. The apartment is furnished with so much attention to detail. They thought of every little thing. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need for self-catering. It includes a hairdryer and an iron. There is a large and beautiful yard. Centrally located yet isolated from the hustle and bustle. It is quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Ample parking is provided for all guests. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We stayed in duplex 1/7 in August 2019, with five of us, but there is ample space for the comfortable coexistence of all seven. The hosts were more than courteous, the apartment was impeccably clean, fully equipped, spacious, and ideally air-conditioned. We have no complaints whatsoever. On the last evening, I experienced kidney pain (due to some sand moving). The landlady insisted on taking me to the health center in Agios Nikolaos, as she works at the health center in Nikiti and knows everyone there. A doctor, a Serbian from Belgrade, greeted me, and we resolved the issue (as much as it could be resolved), and the landlady waited for me, took me to a pharmacy where a Greek, a Belgrade student who speaks Serbian, works, and brought me back to the apartment at 11 PM. In any case, regardless of the slightly higher price, we are very satisfied and would gladly return if plans bring us back to Sithonia.

The apartments near the sea are exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need (water and juice await you in the apartment, along with olive oil and ouzo). The kitchen is very well-equipped, the courtyard is lovely, and the wifi is excellent (with several routers). However, what left the greatest impression was the owner Georgia and her family. A warm welcome with frappe, water, juice, and a treat for the child. They are always ready to provide you with any information. I haven't experienced such kindness in private apartments in a long time. Additionally, a washing machine and detergent are available (if needed, to wash towels halfway through the vacation, children's clothes, etc.). All praises and recommendations!

I visited Antony's Apartments in June of this year with my husband and three children, and my impressions are truly fantastic regarding the owners and the apartments. During our stay, I had no complaints whatsoever, and I must commend the professionalism and hospitality we encountered. Upon our arrival, Mr. Antonio's wife greeted us, offering coffee and juice for the children, while chilled drinking water and juice awaited us in the apartment for the next two days. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy; the apartment was built in 2017 and is excellently equipped. Unlike other apartments we have stayed in, here we were welcomed with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dish detergent, liquid soap in the bathroom, sugar, and instant coffee for several days. In the kitchen, we had a kettle, a citrus juicer, a sandwich maker, a mixer for instant coffee, a grater, a mini stove with an oven, standard cookware, and additionally, in the room, we had an iron with an ironing board, along with access to a shared washing machine located outside the apartment. The photos posted on the website are identical to the actual condition. The yard is regularly maintained, and someone from the owners is available every day in case we needed anything. The accommodation has two small terraces without a sea view, although the sea is indeed very close, as stated, about 70 meters away. The beach is tidy, the sea is clean, and to use the sunbeds, it is necessary to order coffee or a drink (minimum 3 euros), which includes a bottle of water. Near Nikiti, there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece that should be visited depending on availability (Spathies, Lagomandra, Kalogrija...) and are no more than ten minutes away by car. Also, in the town itself, there is a Lidl and several other affordable supermarkets, while the nightlife is adapted to a smaller town and quite acceptable for a family vacation. In the evening, one can stroll along the path by the sea. I would certainly recommend this accommodation and rate the hosts with the highest score, as from the initial communication via email (they respond immediately) to daily contact, they made us feel comfortable and welcome.
