Epavlis Kaleas Villa is located outside of Nikiti, and it is a great base for anyone who wants to visit every corner of Sithonia. Fenced, beautifully landscaped courtyard, privacy due to the small number of units and internet access are just some of the benefits of this accommodation.
The villa is about 2km away from the center of Nikiti, with all the markets, pharmacies and shops. It is about 150m away from the sea.
In the offer are four apartments, three are located on the first floor and one on the second floor.
Quadruple apartment on the first floor (4 Bed Apartment No. 1) has a double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the living room with kitchen. The kitchen has a large stove, fridge with freezer and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain.
Quadruple duplex apartment on the first floor (4 Bed Duplex Apartment No. 2) has a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower tray with curtain in the bathroom and a large terrace.
The apartments no. 1 and 2 share a large terrace separated by a barrier.
Triple apartment on the first floor (3 Bed Apartment No. 3) has a separated entrance. The bedroom has one double bed and in the kitchen area is a folding armchair. The bathroom has a shower tray. The kitchen is fully equipped and this apartment has a private terrace.
Sextuple duplex apartment on the second floor (6 Bed Duplex Apartment Lux) is 120m2, it has a spacious bathroom with shower cabin, and another bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, large fridge with freezer, all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed (an extra bed can be added here), and a separated large living room. The living room has a TV, two couches, dining table. The apartment has a private terrace.
All apartments have TV, mosquito nets, internet access, air conditioning. All terraces feature laundry dryers and seating sets. A baby cot is available upon request.
The courtyard is safe, fenced, full of greenery, with a nice lawn and vuilt-in barbecue. Private parking is provided for all guests.
Following the main road Poligiros-Agios Nikolaos, before entering Nikiti, you will see this accommodation on the left.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zdravo, u okviru slobodnih termina za 4 osobe pojavljuje se 2 bedroom apartment No 2, 40m2, ali u opisu smestaja se ne nalazi sa dve spavace sobe. Da li ovaj slobodan smestaj ima dve odvojene spavace sobe, tj. da li tom smestaju odgovara ovaj opis vlasnika-Četvorokrevetni dupleks apartman na prvom spratu (4 Bed Duplex Apartment No. 2) ima spavaću sobu sa dva singl ležaja, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, spavaću sobu sa bračnim ležajem, tuš kadu sa zavesom u kupatilu i veliku terasu.? Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece od 9,15,17 godina a druga porodica ima 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 11 i 14 godina .Jedini zahtev da sobe budu odvojene,u periodu od 05.07-20.07 za 10 nocenja.Hvala unapred
