Quadruple duplex apartment on the first floor (4 Bed Duplex Apartment No. 2) has a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower tray with curtain in the bathroom and a large terrace.
The apartments no. 1 and 2 share a large terrace separated by a barrier.
Triple apartment on the first floor (3 Bed Apartment No. 3) has a separated entrance. The bedroom has one double bed and in the kitchen area is a folding armchair. The bathroom has a shower tray. The kitchen is fully equipped and this apartment has a private terrace.
Sextuple duplex apartment on the second floor (6 Bed Duplex Apartment Lux) is 120m2, it has a spacious bathroom with shower cabin, and another bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, large fridge with freezer, all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed (an extra bed can be added here), and a separated large living room. The living room has a TV, two couches, dining table. The apartment has a private terrace.
All apartments have TV, mosquito nets, internet access, air conditioning. All terraces feature laundry dryers and seating sets. A baby cot is available upon request.
The courtyard is safe, fenced, full of greenery, with a nice lawn and vuilt-in barbecue. Private parking is provided for all guests.

Epavlis Kaleas Villa is located in the region of Kastamoniti, 2km before Nikiti, near the internationally famous tourist resorts. It’s a small family business and a permanent family residence, created with much love and affection, respect to the environment and the needs of modern families. The house (200m2) is located in a gated plot (1,2ha) filled with grass, cypress, olive and pine trees. Situated on the highest point of a hill, with a view of the sea, the port and Nikiti, next to the main road, 100m from Kastamoniti beach and outside the village, Epavlis Kaleas Apartments is the ideal choice for a holiday and sightseeing.
The house is built on two levels. On the first floor, there are three apartments, spacious, comfortable and functional with eco-friendly materials and simple modern furnishing. On the second level, there’s a lux apartment with three bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, kitchen and modern line furniture. Each apartment is fully equipped with modern metal furniture, private toilette, air conditioning, free WiFi internet and a kitchen with all the utensils. Apartments have plenty of sunlight and air and their balconies overlook the garden.
The natural turf, the lawn in front of the house, gazebo, sitting area and a barbecue create an ideal place for relaxation and rest. The enclosed area and the large yard are ideal for the free play of your children. There’s also a garden with summer vegetables, tomatoes, eggplants and peppers, as well as private parking.
Kastamoniti beach is only 100m from the accommodation and it’s accessible on foot from the alley. Clean, green and blue with sand, it’s ideal for all ages. Shallow at first, then begins to deepen smoothly, giving you the opportunity to swim in the depth desired.
If you’d like to explore other beaches (organized or not), there are many options within 5-10km. To mention just a few like Ai Giorgis, Castri-Amerikanos, Agios Ioannis, Koviou, Elia, Tripotamos etc.
Nikiti (the capital of the municipality Sithonia) is at 2km along the coast road, with administrative and financial services, bank, ATMs, retail stores, supermarkets, newspaper stands etc.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
