Hara’s House is on a quiet location, one step away from all amenities in Nikiti. The accommodation has two apartments that can accommodate up to six persons and it provides the comfort of a true family home. Privacy is guaranteed due to the small number of units.

Accommodation is located at less than 300m from Nikiti’s city beach. In the immediate vicinity, at less than 200m there are a supermarket, bakery, as well as the entire offer of the place: taverns, tourist shops, pizzerias, pancakes, ice cream, electric toys for children.

There are two apartments on the ground floor, each for five persons. Both apartments consist of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa that folds into a double bed. The kitchen area has a stove, a large refrigerator with freezer and all the necessary utensils and equipment. The apartments are air-conditioned, they have internet access, private verandas with outdoor furniture, TV, washing machine.

In front and behind the apartments there is a fenced, nicely landscaped and safe yard with lawn and partly with natural shade.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but according to the owner, guests can park their cars in the street in front.

If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, the best would be to turn right in Nikiti from the main road, at the traffic light, and continue until pastry shop Plaisir where you turn left, and after 60 meters again left in the street that will take you, after 100m, to the accommodation.

If you are looking for accommodation near the beach and the center, yet separated and tucked away in a noise-free location, Hara’s House is the right choice for you. It is especially suitable for family vacations.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
