Description
Porto Anna Apartments 2 is located in the main street and in the Nikiti city center. It is a newly built and high quality accommodation unit, equipped with modern and brand new furniture. The rooms of this apartment are comfortable, airy and bright, and the hygiene is very good.
The accommodation is located about 750m from the city beach in Nikiti which is beautiful and sandy. Nearby there are many souvenir shops, clothing and footwear shops, fast food restaurants, several taverns, car rental and bicycle rental agencies, and two small markets. At the beginning of the street (less than 100m away), right beside the traffic lights, there is a well-supplied bakery where you can buy fresh pastries, traditional treats and ice cream. There are also post office and pharmacy nearby.
This apartment (about 100m2) can accommodate up to five adults and it consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious balcony. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The living room is equipped with a folding sofa and folding armchairs. In one of the bathrooms there is a glass shower cabin and in the other there is a bathtub. The balcony is located above the street, it is covered and equipped with comfortable sitting set and a laundry drying rack.
The apartment is air conditioned, it has a TV and internet access, hair dryer, mosquito nets and shutters. Pets are allowed on request, baby cots are available for use, and bed linen and towels are changed after four nights.
There is no yard, but there is free parking space in front of the property.
When you take a right turn at the traffic light and central crossroad in Nikiti, and continue down the street (about 50m), you will find accommodation on the left, just across the post office.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
