Hotel Description

Mata’s House is a modernly furnished and charmingly designed accommodation on a quiet location in Nikiti that offers accommodation units for four people. Beautifully landscaped, safe yard with natural shade is ideal for rest and socializing in the afternoon.

From the city beach of Nikitiit is 250m far, about 350m from the bakery, and about 200m from the Happy Market.

The apartments are very similarly decorated - at the entrance to the apartment is a living room with kitchen, in which one there are bunk beds, and a dining table. In the bedroom there is a double bed. Accommodation unit no. 2 is a studio - and it has one double bed and two bunk beds in the same room. The kitchen in all accommodation units has a modern stove with flat hotplates, fridge with freezer, kettle, necessary dishes. Bathrooms come with modern shower cabins and hairdryer. The porches are with seating sets.

All units have mosquito nets, TV, air conditioning, internet access and drying racks on the terraces/verandas. Guests can use a baby cot and an iron, if needed. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

The yard in front of the accommodation is fenced, with natural shade, flowers, greenery, paths. It also has a seating area, a dining table, two built-in barbecues and an outdoor shower. Private parking is provided for all guests.

After the traffic light on the main road in Nikiti, turn right and drive towards the beach about 580m. When you see the playroom on the left, turn into the alley on the left (you will see Pizza di Porto pizzeria on the right) and drive for 100m, then turn left and drive on that street about 130m. After turn right and in 30m you will be in front of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
