Our description
SP Maisonette is a modernly decorated and newly built accommodation in Nikiti. As it is only one accommodation unit, it can be a great choice for couples and families who want to be alone, and its beautifully decorated interior is just one more reason to choose it.
Accommodation is only 300m away from the sandy beach in Nikiti, as well as from shops and taverns.
As we mentioned, this is one accommodation unit, more precisely a five-bed maisonette (60m2). On the lower level there is a living room with a single sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. In the gallery there is a room that is not physically separated by a door and in it there is a single bed which, when unfolded, becomes a double bed. Both levels have a bathroom with a shower with a curtain. The living room has a kitchen that has a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with flat plate and oven, kettle, toaster and necessary utensils.
The maisonette has three air conditioners, TV, internet, washing machine, mosquito nets, and the owners can provide a baby cot if needed. In front of the maisonette there is a private seating area with table, chairs and awning. Guests are in charge of maintaining the hygiene of the maisonette, and guests are provided with a new set of towels and bed linen halfway through their stay.
In a very small yard there is a parking space for one vehicle, as well as an outdoor shower.
SP Maisonette can be a great choice for guests who care about hygiene, comfort, privacy and the already mentioned modern interior when choosing accommodation.

Owner description
The new independent maisonette is located in a quiet street, at the extension of the new village of Nikiti, at a distance of 150 meters from the beautiful crystal clear beach, where you can enjoy swimming.
Accommodation is provided with security doors and has two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen, equipped with air conditioning and a television. In the living room, there is a sofa where an adult can comfortably sleep, as well as a large comfortable armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower.
On the second level, there is an open attic space with a bed that can be expanded into a double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.
In front of the balcony doors of the living room, there is a furnished balcony with an awning and a fan for warmer days. In front of the balcony, there is a space where you can safely park your car due to the gated doors.
Within walking distance, there are supermarkets, many shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Banks, post offices, courier services, pharmacies, private clinics, and an open-air market with a variety of offerings are a twenty-minute walk away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Accommodation availibility Dear sirs, greetings from my family from Serbia. We would like to know if you have availability for me, my two daughters (9 and 5) and my parents. Me and the kids need 1 double bed or two single beds, since the small one sleeps with me. For my parents also 1 double or two single beds. We can stay in 1 apartment, it is not a problem for us, or in two if available and on our budget. Preferably one apartment, if available two bedrooms would be ideal.
